The food and overall experience at EVOO were outstanding but the most memorable part of our evening was Bob and his team. The story telling as meals were prepared was amazing. Above all else, I appreciated the willingness to make adjustments for dietary needs and restrictions. There was no fuss if you're allergic to nuts, don't like seafood, or can't drink alcohol - just phenomenal preparation and understanding. This is a must do experience!
One of the best shows/classes I have attended in my life time. I love cooking, love learning about cooking and this class/show was right up my alley. Chief Bob taught us a lot of concepts in the kitchen from wet salt to dry salt, knowing when to use each and learning produce that grows together/ in season work together on the dish. My fiance and I try and take a cooking class when we travel to study the local cuisine and continuously brush up on our culinary skills. Having taken a number of these classes, I was completely blown away by the depth and the intensity of this class. Bob challenged a number of conventional cooking myths but was careful to explain why. I left with too many pearls to remember!We will definitely be back and highly recommend Bob and his wonderful team. Thanks for an incredible evening.
