To Whom It May Concern,
I can understand that the Health Dept. won't allow a very small and quiet elderly dog inside (even though other restaurants in Cannon Beach do), but the Manager was very RUDE and UNFRIENDLY right from the start...
I guess their sign about the 'whole world being short staffed and to please be kind', doesn't work in the reverse from them.
