Bistro is a cozy and elegant restaurant with unique dishes and an amazing fine dining menu selection. The staff is kind and accommodating, providing excellent service. It is recommended to let the chef take the lead and order the specials, as everything is delicious, especially the tuna which is a must. The bartender and servers are attentive, and one waitress, Tren, stands out for being exceptionally helpful and fun to chat with. The restaurant has a warm and intimate atmosphere, making it a great spot for both locals and visitors. The ambiance is lovely, with great live music that still allows for conversation. While some cocktails may not meet expectations, the drinks overall are excellent and complement the wonderful food. Overall, Bistro provides a memorable dining experience, and guests are encouraged to stick with wine and be selective about their orders.
