Yet again, a FABULOUS MEAL FROM START TO FINISH! The pizza special for the evening we were there was a shaved freshly foraged mushroom pizza w/ tiny, but oh so amazing, beet sprouts...BEST PIZZA I have ever had....unbelievable! We also had a great gnocchi dish that had the most flavorful and creamy tomato sauce ...rich and delicious! The food and atmosphere are great as are everyone that works there....they are all a part of the wonderful experience and predictably wonderful food!

Fantastic dinner for 4! Dario, one of the owners, welcomed us as we sat down with amazing Italian enthusiasm. We went on a Sunday night, when they serve a variety of gnocchi dishes and pizzas. We had a caprese salad and the beets and truffle salad. Both delicious. We each ordered a different type of gnocchi dish. Co-owner, Sheena, helped us pick out a wine which went perfect with our meal. Dessert was great too. We are already planning to go back.

This was far and away the best dining experience I have ever enjoyed! The food was melt in your mouth amazing. Rich, authentic, fresh, and just so good I ate myself sick! Dario is a character and had me laughing most of the night. The entire staff is so wonderful and on top of it. The wines paired with our dinner were perfect. The family style dining was so fun, forced us out of our comfort zone and we enjoyed connecting and conversation with others!

Dario is very informative of both the preparation of the food and the wines he has selected. On top of that he is very entertaining and helps keep the energy high throughout the evening. Hands down the best Italian dining experience in the northwest!

We are frequent fliers at Rosmarino for sure, always fantastic. Their seasonal bruschetta with the truffle (I think) mascarpone was nothing short of ambrosia. Sunchoke salad, roasted beets, all those options can't go wrong. Although we didn't get it this round, the lasagne is otherworldly. Can't say enough about the quality of ingredients. Also, give the limoncello spritz a try!

Dinner (a la carte menu) for a family of 4 - excellent food quality (burrata with prosciutto and green salad was the stand out, pasta dishes were very good as usual) with good value, low key ambiance (outside patio) allowed for quiet conversations, service was very attentive and quick - all in all, another great experience at Rosmarino.
