I have to give one star. I've tried this place twice, ordering online for pickup...
-The first time was breakfast: biscuits and gravy w over medium egg, and chicken fried steak w over medium egg. Both of our meals were slathered in so much gravy we couldn't tell which was which. Both of our eggs, asked over medium, still had very snotty whites and I ended up having to cook them again myself at home in a scramble. We ended up having extremely upset stomachs shortly after eating half our food.
-The second time, we wanted to give it another chance and tried dinner time. We both got bacon cheeseburgers with Cajun fries/tots. This was even more disappointing. First thing I noticed was the severely overcooked patties. They were dry and flavorless, but I didn't think anything of it because it's a burger. I went to add some extra Mayo to hopefully help it, and saw that the lettuce was wilted and brown. I went to put some of my own lettuce on it, and saw the soggy old tomato. My husband got blue cheese crumbles on his burger with blue cheese dressing, and both tasted sour and expired like it had been sitting in the heat for too long then put in the fridge to chill. Pickles were another story, never tasted Pickles that tasted flavorless and expired at the same time (didn't know Pickles could expire anyway)...
I tried calling them to try to give feedback and see what they could do to fix it as we spent close to $50, and unfortunately, the extremely kind and patient gentleman who answered said there was no manager on site to help and to call back tomorrow when she would be in.
I really wanted to like this place, it seems to be a town staple. However as someone who has worked in kitchens and cooked at dive bars, you guys can do much better with your food and you should do much better. It almost seems intentional after this happening twice. What kind of bar can't make a decent burger?

5 minutes late for breakfast... had to go else where😪
We showed up later in the evening on a busy Saturday for burgers and beer to celebrate a birthday. Kaytlyn was amazing, accommodating our group, providing great service, and even leading the Growler Room in a birthday song. Service with smile, great food...we love this place!

3.5 - 4 stars.
Good size breakfast too. May not look appealing on the outside, but don’t be afraid to eat here!
Probably wouldn’t order the breakfast burrito again.

I live in McMinnville and aside from card lock stations this is the closest place I can find that sells ethanol free gas. Without it I'd be stuck driving to Newberg or Yamhill.

Such a cute unassuming place! Our waitress, Joy, top notch!! Very attentive and sweet! New favorite place!!
Excellent breakfast, friendly service, very interesting and fun location and atmosphere.
Bad customer service by the guy on the cashier he was realy unpolite when l went to pick up an order l know he was busy but when you work in an restaurant you need to understand that you work with people that chose your busines to eat relax and not to see someone mad becuase that person is busy.
You can’t judge a book by its cover!
This place just appears to be a gas station but hidden behind its rough exterior lies a hidden gem!
When you look at their website you see an amazing array of fine dining that, at first glance, could not possibly be coming from this location.
Once you get inside, it is packed with locals. Packed with locals equals fine dining in my experience!
My son has eaten chicken tenders at HUNDREDS of different establishments and he remarked that the ones we got here were the best he has ever eaten! I got the taco salad and it was absolutely delicious.
A true diamond in the rough!
