Good was delicious. For appetizers we had the clams, Alsatian style pizza and the octopus. All were delicious. The clams were in a wonderful broth. The crust on the pizza was like eating a savory pastry. The octopus had a delicious sauce; very different from the usual grilled preparation for octopus.

I'm going to keep this short and sweet because I have written reviews about Cuvée before. This is the place we keep coming back to time after time, year after year. The food, service, and ambience has not disappointed once. Cuvée embodies the ultimate dining experience.

We have been coming here for years to savor classic French cooking with Henry's innovative touch. And the creme brûlée-pure heaven!

Thus was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and we felt like we'd been transported to France.

Always a lovey dining experience. I always get the fish of the day and it's always outstanding. The service is superb, the atmosphere is simple yet elegant. If you have the opportunity to dine in the area, don't not miss this gem.

We come back to Cuvee often because the food is always excellent, the menu offers so many wonderful choices, and so reasonably priced. Chef Henry and his staff provide their personal touch to every visit which makes it so much more special.

I've been here a few times and the food never fails to delight us! I enjoy the 3 course menu for such a reasonable price. Appetizer or dessert, salad or soup, entree. Plus the wine selection is so very tasty!! All in all highly recommend for a great night out.

I was hoping the very positive reviews I'd read prior to booking Cuvee for dinner would prove to be accurate... they definitely were! Our party of six had an excellent meal, from start to finish. From the clams and escargot to the pork, fish and beef bourguignonne entrees, all were superb. The chef/owner Gilbert Henry is very engaging. He served as our waiter also and we greatly enjoyed his sense of humour. The small dining area was full when we arrived on a Saturday night. We were the last table to leave, as we simply could not pass on the lovely desserts, which were in addition to our $50 per person prix fixe 3 course meal, which is a steal! I highly recommend Cuvee!

We selected this restaurant because of the reviews. I don't know where these people were eating, but it was not the restaurant that we went into for our friend's birthday last night. All dishes were overcooked. Escargot was nonexistent. The best thing on the menu is the vinaigrette on the green salad. Lamb chops were overcooked. The octopus was minimal at best and the sauce was very sweet. The highlight was the wine recommendations in the value. Really good Bordeaux wine at reasonable prices. But we didn't finish our plates and we didn't ask for anything to go. I would not recommend this restaurant in good faith for a special occasion.

If you are considering Cuvee, go! Fantastic across all parts of a dinner experience. Everything you hope to find in chef owned restaurant. Gilbert Henry is not only the chef and owner, but a true comedian whose dry humor made us laugh all night long!

We cannot say enough about the food. Everything was prepared to perfection. The staff was inviting and you never felt rushed. Wish we lived closer to go again

Our dinner at Cuvee was exceptional as usual. The food is delicious (the octopus appetizer was the star of the show!) and the service attentive, but not overwhelming.

Delicious pre-fix dinner with numerous options - we had the escargot, salad and Lamb Chops/Cabrio fish with mango beurre blanc sauce. Fabulous food with good wines by the glass. Space is small, but you didn't feel cramped or on your neighbor's doorstep. Great service as well - we will be back!

The food was excellent. Chef Henry was a great host. Loved the restaurant. Definitely be back

Intimate, authentic space with white tablecloths, mouthwatering specials, and spectacular food. We were delighted to discover this wonderful little French bistro in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.
