As always, the food was superb, the wine was delicious and the owner was amazing! I had the salmon Wellington; salmon with cooked spinach on top, wrapped in puff pastry. It was Devine! We always love going here!

We had been looking forward to taking our daughter and husband to Cuvée over the holidays for quite some time now. We booked a reservation early in November for 4 for December 26 when they are in town from Bellingham WA. Imagine our surprise a week ago to receive a curt email, telling us our reservation was canceled by the restaurant! When I called, the person who answered was not very apologetic and said, well they had a large party that booked the restaurant and the party didn’t want anyone else there in the restaurant when they were there! I told the person that wasn’t very good customer service given that we also were celebrating the holidays with family, and he said there wasn’t anything he could do about it. I doubt we will rebook with this restaurant. Most disappointing and frustrating.

We had a lovely meal, excellent food at a surprisingly reasonable price, quiet ambience, prix fixe had a welcom amount of options, especially for me (a pescatarian). Ling cod was a standout! Henri, our server, was very warm and personable too. We will back.

Nice place. Owner an interesting character. I would encourage you to engage with him. Mussels appetizer was fantastic. The escargot appetizer and the Coquille St Jacques entree were a bit overcooked. Probably because they were molten hot & continued to cook at the table. Good, attentive service for the most part but they charged a $25 corkage fee & never poured a glass. Opened bottle only. Good value price fixed meal. Worth a try.

The service was friendly and the food absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. Pork was juicy and tender and the broth which the mussels were served in was ambrosial. Although we were in wine country I prefer to start the meal with a cocktail when dining out and am very judgmental about what constitutes a good Manhattan. The drink did not disappoint, and set the tone perfectly for the meal to follow.
