He operates on the highest level of consideration for his flavors (and pairings with wine), and is so obviously comitted to excellence in everything. In addition to the main menu, he also offers a fun PreFix menu from which we could choose what we'd like for each course. We came away smiling because we had such a wonderful evening there for our anniversary. Magnifique, Monsieur le Chef!

As we hoped, the restaurant was warm and inviting. And the food was outstanding, delicious, and wonderfully prepared. The chocolate mousse and coffee were an excellent end to the meal. We will visit again in the future.

Cuvee is a treasure in the little town of Carlton, OR. From the Prix Fixe menu, we split the oyster appetizer and apply tart for dessert. I had the salad and my partner had the split pea and sweet potato soup. Mains consisted of seafood in puff pastry and steak frites. Each course was delicious and expertly prepared. This was our second visit to Cuvee and it will not be our last - there is more to discover on their menu!

This is our all-time favorite restaurant! The food is amazing and we love the chef, the atmosphere, the location and all the support staff! The food is so good!! we took our teenage kids for the first time and they absolutely loved it and will be back soon!

Perfectly spiced food, incredible wine selection … or, if you already found the perfect bottle, a reasonable corking fee (although, I recommend you pair your meal with what Cuvee offers!), great price for the experience! The food was impeccable and the service was amazing—and it was shockingly reasonable—I have paid far more for dinners that were far less. Please do yourself a favor and make a reservation here. Good food, we'll prepared. Waiter caught off guard by wine menu but got what we wanted - which was also good. We ordered 2 entrees, one appetizer and one dessert. Quantities worked out great. Waiters were attentive, and busy - that was great. A nice night out.
