“This place has the most delicious hamburgers in Medford. And they have crinkle cut fries! Their fries are always so hot and delicious! Their fry sauce is so good, too. I am so glad we found this place. We've tried dozens of burgers, from all sorts of places, from Grants Pass to Medford to Ashland, and have not found a burger as good as they make at Deli Delight. Absolutely the best burgers and fries in Southern Oregon. I'm so excited we found this place! The following part of this review has no effect on the food quality whatsoever this is just my observation and opinion of the atmosphere... The owner would do well to take down the remnants of the Covid days, ie, the plastic partition where you pay. It's very annoying because it's difficult to hear through and gives off a feel of being unwelcome. Also, the place needs a deep cleaning. When you own a business, it's important to look at your business from a customer's point of view and evaluate what changes and upkeep need to be done. Like, cleaning deeper and more often, painting the walls to freshen it up, taking out the yogurt machines that don't work, etc. And the lottery in the back brings down the vibe, too. But, they really do a great job on the food and are nice people. And the food is really the most important part, anyway.“
