Lovely service, phone and in-person.

I tell you my ditsy boyfriend dropped his wallet out in the front! Manager tried so hard she even went to trying to find him on Instagram to get a hold of him. Luckily I knew he was such a ditsy that he'd do something like drop his wallet in the parking lot. So upon calling lovely Jill, we found that sure enough he was indeed ditsy enough to drop it!

But in all, Jill was very lovely, the manager was very lovely, and this whole experience just goes to show how much their team is worth buying cakes from. Definitely going there again!

While this doesn't happen to everyone, supporting a team like this is 100% worth it.

The cake had the best texture I have ever had and the entire thing plus the cupcakes was consumed as we all had seconds! The buttercream was perfect, smooth and not too sweet. “My fiancé and I happened upon Luna's while we were in the area scoping out wedding venues and had a hankering for ice cream. WOW. We both loved Luna's so much we ended up coming back the next day...where we were recognized by the owner immediately. We had a great laugh about it and sat in the shop to eat our scoops while talking to her. As fate would have it, she brought up that she was looking to cater weddings! I got her information immediately and we booked Luna's to cater our end of September wedding. I cannot recommend Luna's enough. The ice cream is delicious no matter what flavor you go with (my fav is Summer's Day and Apple Pie, if you're wondering). The texture is perfect and each component is thoughtfully prepared to bring something extra special to each flavor. You can tell that the people making the ice cream really care about every step of the process. Give them a visit and you'll surely be immediately planning another!“

“My first visit, and I couldn’t decide on what to get. Everything on the menu looked amazing. So we got 6 cookies to go, and as I am slowly tasting them, oh my god. The best cookies I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend them enough. Everything is so well balanced and so nothing is too much, but perfect and delectable. Everyone needs to experience these cookies!“

“I've never taken the time to write a review for any business, but am pretty put off and have the time. Today is my husband's and my 11th wedding anniversary. We had Saint Cupcake at our wedding with a cupcake tower and wedding topper cake in 2011. To celebrate our 11 years of marriage, we went to go pick up cupcakes. Based on online information and the sign on the door, the business closes at 5pm on Saturdays. We arrived at 4:20PM - 40 minutes before closing. Both doors were shut and locked, but there were two employees inside and cupcakes on the back counters. They ignored us, even though I attempted to open each of the double doors - they wouldn't even look up. I knocked on the door and the woman sweeping reluctantly came and opened the door and told us that they had unfortunately closed early due to some issue. I tried to explain to her we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and had had Saint Cupcake at our wedding 11 years prior. She said they didn't have much of a selection left anyway and closed the door on us. It was a shocking and weird interaction and I was really put off. I will never go out of my way to give Saint Cupcake my business again in the future. 👎👎“

“Our wedding cake was the right flavor, but the wrong color. Lol.During the cake tasting and ordering we got a pink champagne cake and I repeated that I also want the cake to be pink... I also asked for a design and they had me email the picture to them so they could go off the picture for the design and would ONLY use the design not the whole cake concept of the picture. There was some back and forth clarifying design and size... but told them repeatedly JUST the design on the side of the pictured cake not the whole cake. Our cake was also smaller than the pictured one. They also helped with verifying the price the design would be on the cake. Noting that we only wanted the design and not the color or style in the picture.Lady suggested a silver dusting, or some sort of dusting that was really pretty and we both agreed it would look great with the pink.On the wedding weekend..My husband and his best man picked up the cake and transported it 2.5 hours to the wedding destination. I opened the box and it was white...I called and told them it was supposed to be pink. They asked what they could do, in a very nonchalant way, and they had gone off the color in the picture I sent. I told them the picture was only for the design, not the color as we had told the lady multiple times the cake was supposed to be pink.They said there was nothing they could do in just a few hours before the wedding... so we had a delicious cake but wrong color... ?‍♀️Husband also at fault for not double checking and just grabbing the cake and heading out.VERIFY COLOR every day until you have your cake.“

“We got a few “loafs” of their carrot cake for my birthday this last weekend. They were good for sugar free, I’ll definitely eat here again. The only two feedback comments would be they were rather dry and the young lady on the phone wasn’t sure what was happening. Other than that, terrific, thank you.“
