came here for take out. I was really hungry and didn't know why i don't come here for food and was quickly reminded. I wanted a two meat plate (16$) and I didn't want the cheap looking rice and iceberg lettuce salad. So i asked for my sides to be mac salad, steamed vegetables and a thai iced tea. which came out to over 26$?? Definitely not worth it! stay away! The mac salad was slightly sweet and tasted rotten! as an islander, I was personally offended they messed up such a simple side dish. The steamed vegetables were mushy and unseasoned. the sauce for the katsu chicken was so disgusting and the teriyaki sauce was way too salty. Definitely want a refund because this was not it and for sure not worth damn near 30$ and I couldn't even eat it. Don't waste ur trip or money. we work too hard for food to be this expensive and rotten. simply gross. 🤮

The food was amazing, best beef and shrimp fried rice I've ever had and the staff enhanced the experience. I must also mention the decor, I love the plant theme! This restaurant is a must try for anyone in the area.

Ordered delivery for the first time here.. chicken fried rice with their terriaki chicken. Side of spicy sauce and spicy mayo. Absolutely perfect. Will order again.

Ordered chicken teriyaki which is my usual. Then I thought I'd like an egg roll so the guy said it was $6.50. I thought 'dang that's a lot. They must be big.' Not only are they small but the oil they fried them in is old and they are hard as ever. Not coming here again

food was great just got steamed rice assuming it was the owner at the front counter when i asked for 4 packs of soy sauce for my rice treated me like i was stealing from him i legit offered to pay for them and still was an issue i would like my $5 tip i left back

I got the teriyaki vegetables with chicken. It was about $13-14. I really enjoyed this sooo much!! It was fresh and super delicious. The employees were very kind and I liked the plants you could purchase. I will return again!

The service and food here is amazing!! I can't say enough good things about them. I had an extremely frustrating experience ordering through Uber Eats. I was trying to order lunch from Joy Teriyaki and the app charged my card but didn't show an order was placed. I called the restaurant and they confirmed there wasn't an order. I attempted to order again but still no order, this time no charge. So, I ordered through another service and it showed it went through. I called the restaurant and was told my orders were there. Think they meant all 3, I cancelled one of them, but turned out it was the only one that had gone through. I physically went to order food and the staff was the sweetest. They even were kind enough to give me a discount when they didn't have to and all the issues weren't their fault at all. I will definitely go back to Joy Teriyaki again.
