They had like 10 cars waiting put front for their orders and must have messed up the orders because every single car came back including myself. No idea why they dont keep people in line and hand out each order at a time to avoid issues

Multiple bad experiences but my most recent one is the final straw, won’t return. Waited in line about 15 minutes because apparently they couldn’t figure out taking alternating orders between the two lines, then I pull up to the window and they tell me the order is not ready and to pull into one of the waiting parking spots.
Another 15 minutes later someone comes out and asks if the food they had was for me, confirmed it was my order and then immediately noticed all the food was cold(assuming they forgot about it and it stood on a counter for at least half of that wait.)
I went back through the drive through and asked for my money back, the manager refunded me, in cash which was $2 short of my total order.

Food sucks customer service sucks, wait time is ridiculous, and the parking lot is not built to handle the amount of cars cutting in and out of there between the gas station next door and the rest of the stores. Oh and the fries were garbage.

It's terrible getting in and out of this parking lot whoever designed it needs to have their engineering license revoked The food came out wrong almost thought we got somebody else's order but then we're assured no no this is your order it was crowded because there's no seating so all 12 customers and the restaurant had to wait a long time and I mean a long time to get our food nothing fast about this McDonald's

They forgot my order and made me way over half an hour, made me late to work. I would’ve left, but I didn’tbecause I can’t trust the fact that they’re gonna give me my refund when they can’t remember my order
