It would help if the entire staff spoke and understood English. Maybe then they will get orders out in a timely manner without messing up the order and over charging the customer since they don't know how to say the total in English. But instead we just give them a raise for a job badly done .

Waited in the drive thru for 5 mins just to order with only 1 car before us waited another 10ish minutes to pay and get up to the second window and another 5 for no one to say anything or even acknowledge us then when we got our food we got a here ya go and the window shut. Very rude and unprofessional
