We politely asked if we could substitute cheddar cheese with pepper jack cheese and the chef refused. For $16, it wasn’t asking much. Our server, the young gentleman in the mask, was amazing and we adored him and his service. He is great!The restaurant was dirty. You could see garbage from the front door. The ladies room had one roll of toilet paper that was shared between two stalls. The handicap stall is broken and does not latch shut so they have a hand written sign on the door that says to “look for feet before you enter.” The tampon trash container in the stall is glued shut so we have to flush our tampons down your toilet. There was pee on the ground and on the toilet seat. The bathroom is filthy and unkept.

One of my better Red Robin experiences. I went with my wife and 2 little kids. Our server, Caleb, made sure we had fries right away. He was the right amount of attentive.The food was good, and got to us in a reasonable time.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns were good

Hamburger was pretty cold and seem to be on the small side this is the third time now I've noticed that their portion size seems to be getting a little smaller. French fries were obviously sitting under the lamp for a while. Lots of choices in the Clackamas mall area that are delicious that I will probably try instead I should have known better after the previous experiences

We went to Red Robin, the cry’s were extremely cold, no flavor on anything we ordered. Out apppetizer took 40 min and she kept saying she was sorry it was taking so long, only for it to finally come COLD. The Mozzarella sticks were cold the cheese was cold inside, and our pretzel sticks were hard as a hockey puck. They charged us $1.20 for small sides of ranch and the burger was sub par. The waitress had an attitude and snatched the card out of our hand because we asked someone else for the check. She was annoyed and rude (which I get you can get overwhelmed and I gave her breaks until she snatched the card out of our hand). I apologized for being difficult and she scowled and walked away, no it’s okay or no problem. We WILL not be coming back. It’s really went down hill, used to be my favorite. 2 burger meals, a kids corn dog meal, a appetizer and 2 drinks, $70 worth of trash in the end. We gave to a homeless person. Also PARKING IS HORRENDOUS! Do not go

Granted, it was busy, but she had what it takes to get the job done.Vegetarian options: My wife is the vegetarian, and she likes it here. Something about their smoky sauce that is good.Parking: It shares a parking lot with an overrated Chick-fil-A. So the time you come in will make a difference in your availabilities.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly atmosphere. They offer booster seats or highchairs to strap your munchkins down so they aren't running around.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is closest to the building with the space for a ramp. If your vehicle has one. Ramps for access to the bathroom ? as well. Which I might add are well maintained.
Had lunch today with a friend and the staff were excellent. Very attentive and sweet. The food was really good too. Try the bleu burger...you wont regret it.

We haven't been to this location for a long time. What a disappointment! The burger texture was off...was not cooked right. Got very salty at the last bite. The fries were still thawing- not cooked all the way through. The only savior was our waitress. She was a delight. Not wanting to go back at this point.
The place is a nightmare for parking chick fil a customers in the drive-through line backs up into and blocks half of the parking lot so you can not drive all the way around the parking lot and their eat in customers use 90 percent of the parking lot. The customers exiting the drive thru are blocking and / or cutting off, entering and exiting the lot. If you get a spot to park it takes forever (over 30 minutes of circling the lot and waiting for the drive-through customers 2 move) the food is good and the service is decent but way too busy.Parking: Nightmare taken over by chik fil a customers and drive-through

Been to Red Robin twice fairly recently both times at this location. Parking is a nightmare but realistically there isn't much Red Robin is able to do about this.The first time I was here service was kind of a miss. I figured hey it was midday they might be doing a shift change etc. I will say however if your ordering a soft drink or a burger w bottomless fries. You shouldn't need to be asking for them every time the waiter/waitress comes around. Bottomless fries are baked into the price of the menu item. If you are only realistically about to get about a basket of fries after sitting there for an hour is it bottomless? How about when you order a soda if you get a glass or two are the drinks really unlimited refills? Whoever is taking care of the guest needs to be aware of this it's huge.The second time I came in the state of the restaurant was a complete mess. It was a later dinner hour and none of the tables were set for service. If we have to request silverware when we get our food there is an issue. When you the server returns and there is STILL no silverware THERE IS AN ISSUE. If I order a burger w fondue/cheese sauce over the top and you come out to serve the table and there is no napkins/paper towels there is an issue here. This was a trip in which we experienced the same issues as my previous trip here with the bottomless items. If I'm only getting a refill by the time I'm ready to leave something is wrong.If you can swing it and make it to literally anywhere else in the area. Food is still good, service has been pretty slow every time we go. Bottomless apps are not really bottomless if the server never stops by. We got them refilled once and it took 20minutes or more for the refill after we asked for it. We had to flag our server down each time we needed something. We try to be patient and low maintenance customers, but frankly the terrible service makes it hard to spend money. We wanted to get dessert but service was slow enough we just decided to cash out and go somewhere else.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly - but very slow service. Don't go there with hungry toddlers.
