Wow...Wow...and wow. My friends took me here last night with my wife and I was blown away. The drinks, service, and food are all over the top. We shared the wedge salad at first, then got the New York Steak Whipped Potatoes and Asparagus. We added their bread (The bread with the butter is INCREDIBLE). Again...I could write pages. We so love The Underground. The steaks are as good as the Ringside's and the sides are better. And they usually have good jazz; the last two times Tom Grant played. Service too is excellent: prompt and knowledgeable servers. It's just great. Close to ClackMa Town Center.

Fuego Underground is indeed "Fire!" I've been to dozens of Speakeasy establishments in New York, Las Vegas, and even in Central America. Fuego Underground has easily become a top 5 favorite experience for me!It isn't secreted behind an unmarked door or hidden behind a business front, but it has an authentic feel of a Speakeasy from the 20s and 30s.
