The workers are not very friendly. I went up to the counter and asked for a grande iced black tea with 5 pumps of classic syrup, the cashier just stood there. I asked again and they typed it in. I got my drink and it had 3 pumps of classic and was a tall. I just let it go because I understand mistakes happen and they could be having a bad day. Then I asked for a straw and a different worker came up and basically threw the straw at me and walked away.

Usually going here is a breeze and everyone has a great smile! But there are other times like today that the orders are made incorrectly and I just don't have the time to wait for them to correct it, which I should give myself more time. A cold iced drink on a 27° degree morning, when the drink is supposed to be hot just made me not excited about it at all. But the new gal at the window with the braids was so very nice.

I used to come through the drive thru every morning. Y’all stick that card machine in my face and stare at me while waiting on me to leave a tip. I have YET to get a “thank you” when I do tip. That’s rude and entitled. So I won’t tip anymore. Out of peppermint syrup during the holidays? Silliness. Twice in the last week the lid on my cold brew was not secure and spilled on me and my car. When I asked for more napkins and stated what happened, you would have thought I slapped someone. My breakfast sandwich this morning was still frozen in the middle. Because I have an hour commute I didn’t have time to turn around and get it corrected. Lots of wasted money. Come on. You are too comfortable being mid and the quality shows

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I live close so I frequent this store the most. Handful of times I’ve waited 20 minutes in the drive thru.

I come to this Starbucks weekly in the early morning, and it has a very pleasant atmosphere. The space is clean. They have a very organized team that you can tell works hard and does their best. It was not chaotic, but rather all the employees were in their “stations” getting the job done. I was very impressed.

Update: Starbucks responded to my review about a filthy restroom. I followed up as requested and even called, as requested. But after many messages from different Starbucks’ employees, none of whom understood what the previous employee was on about or doing what they said they would do, the store manager never responded. I’m now convinced they were never informed, and so I give up, only to further downgrade my review as the store itself is obviously the tip of a much larger iceberg, the deeper problem being beneath the surface.

From this experience alone it seems that there’s incremental degradation companywide at Starbucks.

My original three-star review follows…

Bright, airy, new Starbucks. The restrooms have not been cleaned in ages and have ground-in scum around the wash basin and toilet area. It’s a Starbucks not a truck rest stop, FFS.

Well it's so sad, but official, I just can't go to this Starbucks anymore. They are the closest to my job. I drink the same drink 3 times a day. It's outrageously expensive. I get all these additions in it, so I thought the problem was because I was using the mobile app to order. So I started going out of my way on my way to work to hit up another location to at least get right in the morning. Then I gave this store the benefit of the doubt so many times, like maybe it's a new person making it when using the mobile app out of convenience because my work is so busy and I just don't have time for lines and such. . Then, I tried the drive though many times and explained about the mobile app situation while still experiencing the same thing. Finally today, I went in, talked to the cashier, she even commented on it being a really expensive drink for me to not get what I want and it's the same thing. I'm asking for a Carmel frapachino with 3 shots of blonde espresso with 3 extra pumps of cameral but they're charging me for the additions, but when making the drink, they are substituting the regular frapachino ingredients with my additions and the drink is disgusting. The drink is costing me $12 and this has happened a dozen times and I've never been reimbursed. I have to be done with them. Not sure where I'm going to go now, but it's pointless to go there.
