Usually going here is a breeze and everyone has a great smile! But there are other times like today that the orders are made incorrectly and I just don't have the time to wait for them to correct it, which I should give myself more time. A cold iced drink on a 27° degree morning, when the drink is supposed to be hot just made me not excited about it at all. But the new gal at the window with the braids was so very nice.

I come to this Starbucks weekly in the early morning, and it has a very pleasant atmosphere. The space is clean. They have a very organized team that you can tell works hard and does their best. It was not chaotic, but rather all the employees were in their “stations” getting the job done. I was very impressed.

October 2024

First visit to this newer location. Was a busy, super hot day, so baristas didn't have much chat time, but they were still friendly and upbeat. My sweet cream cold brew was mostly cream and little coffee, which I figure was due to being so rushed. Love that they're here!
