Very good service. Sandwich was made perfectly. Good customer service. Took 5 minutes from ordering to delivery. Excellent. Gladstone Subway took over an hour and it wasn't at peak time. It was after lunch crowd. May have been an off day for them. Visited this place just before noon. Used coupon for a great deal on a #16 foot long Chicken Teriyaki sandwich. No problem substituting spinach for lettuce. Toasted just right too.

Not really happy about my sandwich being closed and all the veggies and sauce not staying in the middle, I used to work for subway and I barely got any toppings so it was disappointing. The service was nice enough though. Girl with dark hairaling my sandwich didn't change her gloves or wash hands between the register and my food.. and the sink station has a thick layer of goo on it, it takes only a couple minutes to clean if you do this every day. It looked so disgusting, clean your flipping drink station

I have found that there have been a number of employees who work the closing shift that can barely get through helping customers, waiting for closing to me to get there. But there have also been a few people working the same shift who are friendly, able to serve you and talk at the same time. These are exceptional employees who know what good customer service is all about and seem to do it without even thinking about it. It is as natural as breathing. I wish you could find more people like this and let them work at the same location. Every time we go in there, it is someone new. But I do like the fact the breads are always fresh and the service bar is udus)y very clean and well stocked We will continue eating here and recommend you give them a try if you have not already done so.
