Consistently do not have pickup orders ready or will just give the order to ANYONE!!! I’ve had orders given to other people TWICE. Literally made me chase down a man into the parking lot they had given my order to. Either that or was told “we’ll remake it once we’ve helped the line”!!!! I ordered ahead for a reason….

My experience at this location is the poster child as to how a subway should be operated the staff I can't remember her name but she was amazing with the options and extras I thought I stepped into mammas kitchen and momma was tryin to fattin me up. I like that..

Went through the drive through at 11:30 AM on 11-02-25. Sat at the ordering station for over 5 minutes with no response, at all. I get that they may be busy but to ignore the drive through is totally unacceptable.

Every time I come here they are way understaffed and it has taken me 20 minutes to get in and out, and the drive through is overgrown with weeds.

This one is mostly for the manager - why is there like ONE kid working here drowning in orders most the time I’ve been here? My online order is super late, poor kid was drowning when I walked in so I don’t blame him though. Last time, my husband sat in the drive through waiting for 30 MINUTES to order because again, there was ONE staff here trying to get through a bunch of things. Unfair work load and it makes this location super poor which is unfortunate.

Walked in around 8:05 and was immediately greeted with attitude, the employee instantly telling me I should have used the other door for some reason instead of the one I used. Then proceeded to look at the three of us and say “wheat, white or herb and cheese” and with in 2 seconds says it again as if we were not quick enough for him. We asked him if he was having a good morning and he responds with. “Eh imagine if you just opened your store and 3 guys walk in 5 minutes later, I’m sure you wouldn’t be happy”. By far the worst customer service I have ever received. the employee refused to give me his name, but it was the big guy who wears glasses and has a scruffy looking beard. He needs to be fired.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered two sandwiches.

First I ordered a hot honey chicken, but was told it’s no longer available. But that Instead they could add the sauce, since they had some left. which I agreed to. When I got to my office, the first sandwich had no sauce.

For the second sandwich, I requested lettuce, cucumber, mayo, and tomatoes, to be added but it only had turkey and cheese. I was really disappointed and won’t be returning.

I am not sure why this location looks like it’s been abandoned. Until very recently, you were likely to get the passenger side scraped my a tree. Just doesn’t seem like the owners care. Needs a facelift. Food is the same it’s been for the last 15 years but more expensive.

Does this look like a sub???

This location is a hit or miss. Sometimes they do an amazing job, but often times the young workers couldn’t care less about their work. Last time I was here, the chicken was literally frozen - so I had to bring it back to get retoasted. This time they didn’t toast it, used the wrong bread, and the size of the sub - was the smallest that I have ever seen. The workers who are carelessly doing their job, need to fired.

The best Subway sandwich I've had in a long time. I don't like sometimes people don't try really hard or don't care about what they're doing. The people at this location seem to care about it and are doing a great job!

Looks to be under construction and the lady at the counter was in training she was great but the trainer seemed really harsh.She needs to remember we all start somewhere! And be more positive with her trianies. Also sad they didn't have what I normally order which is a sausage egg on flat bread toasted. Well you don't carry sausage so opted for the ham and egg bad idea and the bacon and egg only four slices on a foot long not enough ended up not eating either sandwich since it was all egg and it was cold. Darn such high hopes well back to Blimpies it is.
