If I could do a lower rating I wouldâve! The staff were so unkind, so unwelcoming. I walked in and they all stared at us like they had seen a ghost. Once we ordered, our drinks sat on the counter behind the Register for 10 full minutes. We thought those were our drinks based on the colors but because they were placed behind the Register we couldnât reach. They could have said âhey your drinks are ready!â Or anything to capture our attention. Overall donât waste or money when thereâs tons of small businesses with better bobba and better customer service!!

I went in the other day, for my mom, sister and i, i ordered three drinks, mind you, im alone and i couldnât hold the three drinks by myself. so, once my number was called i went up the the counter, and i asked for a bag, and i said âi can give you 5 cents,â and the worker makes a đŹ face and says âdid you pay for one?â and she gave me an attitude and i repeated, âi can give you the nickel, it costs.â and she gives me the bag and goes ânext time you need to pay for oneâ it was a white girl, looked like early 20s, extremely rude for no reason when i said iâd pay for it. unfortunate because t4 was becoming my favorite boba spot too.

Bad costumer service by the cashier named Cecilia. She smashed my food into my hands. Making my egg puff smushed in my hand. She was too busy talking to her employees than helping the costumers. Never called out any of my food and it was cold.
