Bad costumer service by the cashier named Cecilia. She smashed my food into my hands. Making my egg puff smushed in my hand. She was too busy talking to her employees than helping the costumers. Never called out any of my food and it was cold.

It's a nice atmosphere, although this location needs the front window cleaned. Drinks a generally real good, but the taro milkshake tastes almost chalky and has dry chunks in it. Employees were nice and were getting orders out fast.

i love this place! the drinks are always amazing and the popcorn chicken is perfect every time. i also live the curly fries and how fresh they are each time i order them. they always have friendly staff but i do wish they would keep thier music consistent. they keep changing the music a minute into a song so the music is always changing and you never actually get to enjoy a full song.

I used to go here and had a bad experience a few years ago but recently I have been going to this place is great! The drinks get done very fast, the workers are on it. The food is amazing. I recommend the winter melon tea, and popcorn chicken.

We went here hoping to have our kids try boba for the first time as I’ve been before and it was really good. Unfortunately there are no posted ingredients so we asked if a flavor had gluten (my son has celiac disease and can’t have gluten at all) and the cashier and the person she asked didn’t know what gluten was, said they didn’t have any ingredient information we could read and the person I asked rolled her eyes. I get why substitutions and questions could be annoying, but there are many other options for boba and because of the rude response and non-inclusive environment we’ll certainly try other places from now on. We don’t expect everyone to know the dangers of gluten for those with a disease vs preference to be gf, but at least could have offered us ingredient info so we could have researched. Very disappointing, especially as an outing for Mother’s Day we were looking forward to.

Your average boba place! Wait time was decent, the boba was also decent probably because i was trying something new but i love T4 in general and its a pretty good place. The snacks and sides are soo good, quite unhealthy but delicious haha ?
