I went in the other day, for my mom, sister and i, i ordered three drinks, mind you, im alone and i couldn’t hold the three drinks by myself. so, once my number was called i went up the the counter, and i asked for a bag, and i said “i can give you 5 cents,” and the worker makes a 😬 face and says “did you pay for one?” and she gave me an attitude and i repeated, “i can give you the nickel, it costs.” and she gives me the bag and goes “next time you need to pay for one” it was a white girl, looked like early 20s, extremely rude for no reason when i said i’d pay for it. unfortunate because t4 was becoming my favorite boba spot too.

Amazing people! My sister decided to become socially anxious, which made ordering a bit harder. I love the two people working there; they are quick and efficient, even with a customer who decided to be shy for no reason. I will visit again.

Bad costumer service by the cashier named Cecilia. She smashed my food into my hands. Making my egg puff smushed in my hand. She was too busy talking to her employees than helping the costumers. Never called out any of my food and it was cold.

It's a nice atmosphere, although this location needs the front window cleaned. Drinks a generally real good, but the taro milkshake tastes almost chalky and has dry chunks in it. Employees were nice and were getting orders out fast.

I love this place and their drinks and their staff but when I ask for a drink without my allergen in it I would expect for my allergen to not be in it.
i love this place! the drinks are always amazing and the popcorn chicken is perfect every time. i also live the curly fries and how fresh they are each time i order them. they always have friendly staff but i do wish they would keep thier music consistent. they keep changing the music a minute into a song so the music is always changing and you never actually get to enjoy a full song.

I used to go here and had a bad experience a few years ago but recently I have been going to this place is great! The drinks get done very fast, the workers are on it. The food is amazing. I recommend the winter melon tea, and popcorn chicken.
