Great food, great service! Our waiter was great... He was quick, freindly and on top of things. Good was great. I had the chicken breast alfredo and my mom had the meat lovers spaghetti. Lots of food, had to take some home. For under $60.

The food is reliably delicious. My server was a disappointment. She kept trying to under deliver. Did I need a straw, bread and dessert, all of which were included in my meal. Very unpleasant service.

Perfect food, I loved the spinach cheese raviolis. And, They had dr pepper, It's wonderful! Atmosphere wasn't too loud, Lights were not hurting my eyes. Would go again.

Spaghetti Factory has been serving great spaghetti for as long as I can remember. Pretty good service, although they were a little slow in getting bread to our table of 9 people when the restaurant wasn't very busy at all. Everybody's order was correct and they didn't rush us out when were were done eating and just talking. Always a pleasant experience.

Had a terrible experience tonight. While celebrating my 10-year-old’s birthday, we found a big, long hair in his lasagna. We sent it back, but less than three minutes later it returned looking like the same slice with marinara sauce dumped on top. The server handed it back and said, “Here, make sure this is to your liking this time.”

There were other issues with our visit, but this was the final straw. We were offered free cake because of the hair, but I declined and paid my bill. We have celebrated all three of my kids’ birthdays here this year, but after this, we will not be back. My children and I were completely grossed out.

Only moderately busy, they couldn't clean off a table so you couldn't sit anywhere but at the bar. Even then you had to wait a half hour to be waited on. 4 dirty tables and three open seats at the bar and the woman bartender turned people away.
They have changed the recipe on their lasagna. Not as good. Very vinegary.

Love getting the managers favorite, where you get to have half and half of two pasta dishes of your choice. I got the mizithra cheese pasta and the mushroom sauce pasta. The lunch menu selections also came with salad but unfortunately not included ice cream.

Everything was great! My mom accidentally drop a very precious picture of my dad, and Brandon found it on the floor, we spoke with Dillon on the phone to find it for us. We were so overjoyed that the staff recognized the importance of an old picture on the ground, as my father passed away two weeks ago. Thank you to all the staff and kitchen!!!

My Husband, two babies and I went here for my birthday dinner. The food was fast, the wait staff was so kind and our kids loved sitting in the trolley. It was a very warm and memorable meal as a family. Thank you all for making my birthday dinner so special.
