Excellent food as always and great service!

Kid-friendliness: Maybe too kid friendly during this visit. Parents were allowing their children to run around the restaurant loudly for over 20 minutes. It was very disruptive and difficult to carry on conversations above the noise and distraction

I would say, the food and service is fantastic. However, I cannot help but feel as if there is a certain bland feel to my experience. This feeling, I presume, is influenced by the lack of individuality among the appearance of the staff. By this I mean, why do the owners not allow their staff to express themselves in the form of body modifications such as hairdye and piercings? Why must I feel like I am visiting an old town village in 1934 germany with all of these natural looking people in a place that should be embracing modernity? Please allow your workers to be themselves and express themselves, this would greatly benefit the real feeling of my experience in this restaurant.

AWESOME FOOD & DRINKS!!! The service wasn't great. The waiter took forever to bring the bread. Then we asked for more bread when we were about half way thru our meal and we didn't get it until we had finished our food. We never got our water refilled! He was nowhere to be found! But the single lady across from us got her bread and didn't even eat it! We were tempted to grab it. LOL

Thank you to our wonderful waitress and some yummy ? pasta ? The old Spaghetti Factory never disappoints us. ? The waitress wrapped up two new free cups it’s a nice addition to have around our kitchen. ?

We were charged for someonelse's meal and when we showed Josh the manager he was completely rude and wouldn't make it right we had to call our bank and claim fraud after 2 weeks the Spaghetti Fractory refused to call us back or deal with this issue.

Something about this place just takes me back in time. The wait was fairly short, the food is consistently reliable, the service friendly and attentive. My only regret is that my friend, who paid for dinner did not leave a decent tip and I didn't get a chance to supplement it.

Was visiting a friend at Sunnyside hospital. Close by and good food. Enjoyed a drink while I waited for them to put it all together for me. They waited until I arrived to package the ice cream which I appreciated. Perfect to go.

The service was really attentive and friendly and the meal was paced well-- I like the fact I had time to chat and finish my salad before my entrees arrived. I knocked off a star because the chicken picata was extremely salty-- I know it's meant to be a salty dish but the only flavor was salt, and the breading? on the chicken had turned into an oily mush. It was my bad for not saying anything- I'm sure my server would have made it right, but because I was already pretty full from salad/ bread/ the yummy noodles with mizithra on the side so I just took the chicken to go and it was fine as leftovers with all the salty goo scraped off. The spumoni was immaculate as always and it's always nice to go to a restaurant where kids are welcome.

Old spaghetti factory is one of my all-time favorites very stable in their quality of adequate food, but their service is always top-notch and the bread and garlic butter are the best. And how can you rate a place badly when they give you ice cream as dessert after creamy pesto on your salad
