I appreciated the opportunity to work with this business, but ultimately, the experience was not as positive as I’d hoped. Managing social media here was challenging due to a lack of clear guidelines and too many people posting, which led to duplicated content and inconsistencies in messaging. Additionally, I was often given unclear instructions and had to seek clarification frequently, which slowed down our efforts and impacted the overall strategy.
Customer engagement was also difficult, as hundreds of unread messages across social media accounts were left unanswered. Without a clear assignment of responsibilities for these inquiries, followers may feel neglected, which could affect customer satisfaction.
Frequent last-minute notifications for in-person visits and denied requests to create content also made it tough to maintain a professional schedule and strategy. In the end, I felt the approach wasn’t aligned with sustainable social media practices or my needs as a freelancer. I hope the business finds a more cohesive system moving forward and wish them all the best.

Got the autumn vibes latte, I’m not a super fan of pecan but this was pretty good! The white chocolate macadamia cookie was awesome! Cute shop, wish I wasn’t flying home otherwise I’d have thought more seriously about some of those baby plants!!

Smelled amazing in the store, the drinks were WONDERFUL! Apple cider drink was one of my favorites I’ve ever had. ? Enough parking for the large van we rented, too! We randomly stopped on our road trip, and were very glad we did.

The best service, food, and drinks while also in the cutest shop of home goods, plants, flowers, knick knacks, and just the atmosphere of the place is relaxing. It's my home away from home with my favorite people and treats. It's become my most favorite addiction to be honest, and it's saved me more times than i can count. Thank you Flowers and Fluff I love you too ? ?
Vegetarian options: They're happy to leave the meat off and they have a lot of milk alternatives.
Dietary restrictions: I get the breakfast sandwich without meat and non dairy milk for my drinks they always do a wonderful job.
Delicious breakfast in a friendly and kitschy atmosphere. Highly recommend, especially after running two legs of Hood to Coast!
