Fultano's Pizza

This pizza joint is delicious! The crust is superb and crispy; the toppings are fresh every single time. We LOVE the Spice of Life with some wings! The salad bar is impressive & the customer service has been super friendly and accommodating. We are hooked!

I called to order food, asking how late you are open. Your answer was you were no longer delivering. That's not what I asked. Was told you closed at 9 PM. I tried to order food to be picked up. Your employee went to ask someone if that was ok. I hung up and went to Longview to spend my money. You guys make it an easy choice not to spend my money there with customer service like that.

Not one of the five employees working here would answer the phone so I walked in and ordered my pizza for take out. I sat for a half hour and the phone in Fultanos would just ring continuously while the employees would just hang out and talk amongst themselves and ignore it. Then I asked where my pizza was and they never even made it because they forgot. This place needs some adults working here right now it's just a bunch of kids but not the kind of kids who are going places more like the ones who got brain rot from their ipads. Just order Dominos or something because this place is just terrible.

Went to order a pizza online after a 10 minute wait somebody gets on the phone. I asked to order a chicken garlic pizza and a half everything they tell me they’re out of chicken and they’re out of two ingredients to make the pizza. It is Thursday at 5 o’clock in the evening, they can send somebody down to the store to get sausage?

Fultanos is one of our favorite pizza places. We stopped here on the way home from the beach for dinner recently. I went to the front counter to ask for an update 30 minutes after placing our order and no sign of the pizza. There had been a mistake and the pizzas had been forgotten in the oven, they were burnt to a crisp. The staff went above and beyond to fix the problem, they comped our meal, rushed out new pizza, and gave us a gift card.
Shout out to the young lady working July 20th, 2024 for doing everything possible to take care of us.
The level of service, freshness of their salad bar, and delicious pizza are why we continue to dine there.
