Good food. I'm from the southwest, so I wouldn't say it's "excellent", but I enjoy it. I eat there pretty often and it can be a little variable. The service is super friendly. I'd say it's the best place to eat in Clatskanie

Food is good. But, would be nice if they would ever answer their phones when someone is trying to call a order in. They definitely have enough employees and and are not always too busy where they can't answer their phone. You gotta call over and over and over again just to get someone to answer. Happens literally all the time.

A Hidden Gem on Highway 30
This spot in Clatskanie is a real surprise for such a small town. The food is excellent — classic Mexican, adapted just right for the U.S. — and the service is friendly and quick. The place has a cozy vibe that makes you feel right at home. Totally worth a stop if you’re driving between Portland and Astoria!

We waited for a long time before the young guy took our order and it was flagging him down to do so. . He then had his coworker ask us again what we wanted? The food was so lousy hardly able to eat it. The creama sauce was straight up sour cream and not a true creama. The rice was dry like an instant rice? The only thing good was the chips they give you with salsa. We then had to find someone to cash us out so we could leave. Horrible service horrible food will not come back. We are both sick today with food poisoning. We should of demanded a full refund.

What a wonderful find! Absolutely great food. Living in Colorado I know good Mexican food and these folks have it nailed! Best meal I've had in years. I hope they continue and thrive. Friendly staff and great portions of very very tasty food. Bravo!!

Excellent service, even though we arrived almost at closing time, we were treated very well by the very friendly and attentive staff.

This has been the local Mexican restaurant in Clatskanie for 15 years. They provide excellent service, great food and a clean and comfortable atmosphere.

Parking: There's lots of parking available in this complex. It may be tight during busy hours and when navigating a large vehicle.

Wheelchair accessibility: This entire complex is ADA accessible.

I live in clatskanie so I have eaten here many many times over the years and have never once been disappointed or had a bad experience. Service is always excellent and food is always great and as expected. Don't hesitate to stop in and try it. Pretty much everyone I know around here has nothing but good to say about them as well.

This was just my experience, and my opinion. Yours may differ.

I was there with 2 co workers, we had ordered steak tacos, a chalupa, and steak burrito. The steak tacos were nothing more than steak and green onions in a taco shell. The chalupa was a little meat in a mountain of Lettuce with some sour cream and cheese on top of a crunchy shell. The one that had the burrito said it also was bland. The service was very good. The prices here are a bit higher than I am used to, was $9 for a bowl of queso. Our bill came to $58 for the 3 lunch specials, queso, and 1 lemonade. I don't think I will be back again based of the price and the food quality.
