Megs Beachwood Bar and Grill

I had no idea what to expect when walking in the door, but we were told it was kid friendly till 9. I didn’t look it up or check menus online, we just went for it.
It’s a little bit of an odd set up, but that’s because it’s also a bar. The owner brought our kids out several pieces of paper and a pile of sticker activities to do while we waited.
The food spoke for itself. It did come out at different times but that was totally okay with us. The clam chowder was very, very good, the bread was homemade, the lobster ravioli in cream sauce tasted excellent, and the pizza was cooked to perfection. Everything that came out was nicely presented and truly felt home made vs frozen.
I checked out the wide variety of dessert and baked goods, I did not try anything but they looked amazing.
Megs felt like a local- whole in the wall place to eat in pacific city, and I would go again.

The Karaoke is great. It's one of the reasons we moved here.

Our first server was trying her best, but seemed to be new and likely still learning. Once she clocked off for the day, we got food that wasn’t correct and nobody checked on us until we had given up on correcting or ordering another drink or anything. When we were finally contacted, the employee pretty clearly didn’t want to be there. Food was below mediocre, service was even worse, but at least we had a view of the river across the street. Might stop in for a beer sometime, but not a meal.

Loved the new location. We ordered the BLT, Sliders, and a Chicken wrap, absolutely delicious, will definitely do a repeat here. Also got some of the bakery items, a wonderful desert.

Easily the best pizza in Pacific City, Doryland isn’t even close. Might even be better than the Hawk Creek Cafe in Neskowin. I’ll be back whenever I’m in town.

This was a fun little place to go yesterday. Really good food and service was top notch. We asked for it they gave it to us and my drink was always filled. Super friendly!

Loved my visit to Meg’s Beachwood. I come here everytime I'm town. Great coastal vibe, super friendly staff, and the pizza is amazeing. Perfect spot to come after hard day of layin carpet, I’ll definitely be back.
