Chef Lino's Cuisine and Catering is a highly recommended food truck and caterer. The food is very consistent, delicious, and phenomenal, with outstanding presentation for events. Favorite items include the carne asada fries, Philly cheesesteak, cubano, and mole fries. The fish and chips are also excellent, with perfectly crispy and flaky fries. They thoughtfully accommodate dietary restrictions and can create a custom menu. The owners are always friendly, providing awesome atmosphere and phenomenal service. Desserts, like the chimichurro, are a good ending. Many customers are repeat visitors who feel remembered and cared for.
