. You pay for what you don’t get there! The food was cold. No napkins and did not get what was ordered! Definitely will not drive thru there again! �
I waited in drive thru 15 minutes for 2 orders of chicken tenders. Got to window and was asked to pull forward for 2 more, after 5 min. I went in and asked for refund since my lunch was almost over. My order was sitting in the warmer while they waited on others. Order was not hot, no receipt, no sauce. The strips were overcooked and dry, really needed the sauce. I'll stick to North Bend BK.
3 or 4 times a year the broiler breaks down, I stopped going to BK for the same reason, I just started going back, and DOWN AGAIN. This never happens to McDonald's, or Wendy's. I'm Done.

Sometimes the food is cool with a cold bun. The staff must be clean and do better.
