My family and I just went for my birthday and the thoughtful staff surprised me with a sparkler and a "Happy Birthday" song with my dessert, which was their delightfully refreshing raspberry sorbet. 🥄🍧 The food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is both upscale and cozy for frequent dates, or special occasions. The staff are wonderful- patient and communicative. I love that Restaurant O is child friendly, and have even implemented a Children's Menu! I love that I can order all sorts of cuisines from one place because nowhere else can I order crispy pork steamed buns with my fettuccine alfredo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars- absolutely recommended giving this place a try! 😁”

“Ate at Sumin's restaurant & sushi bar for the first time yesterday for lunch. Their menu includes teriyaki bento boxes, sushi rolls, Korean BBQ, tempura and sushi rolls. I had one of the specials which was a Vegas roll. It was deep fried cod, raw tuna and cream cheese and sauce in a rice roll. Very messy because the rice isn't sticky and the sauce was already on the cut slices, but it tasted very good! My waitress was very friendly. The atmosphere is very casual.”

“This is a tiny grocery plus hot food to-go only, truly hole-in-the-wall place. It’s an impromptu kitchen setup even though we were told the place has been around for 30 years. The cook stir-fries dishes right there with you and there are a few chairs for you to sit down and wait for your piping hot takeouts. We ordered yellow curry chicken and chicken kung-pao and they were excellent: tasty and flavorful, and the chicken was chunky, juicy and tender, and the vegetables were perfectly freshly stirfried. Local folks appear to know and appreciate the place’s excellent food and value (generally under $10 in 5/2025), while passing-by adventurous tourists (like us) appreciate its delish hot food offerings on the go. According a hand-written note on the displayed menu, Vietnamese beef noodle soup (Pho) is available on certain days during the week. It appears to be cash-only, and there is a restroom so that took care of our visit perfectly.”

“We stopped here on the way back from Cape Arago for oysters and we're totally blown away!! These were the best, freshest oysters I've ever had. Absolutely amazing!! I usually have horseradish and didn't because they were so perfect just as they were. My husband had the halibut tacos and enjoyed those as well. Martinis were good. Service was also excellent. Everything so incredibly good we're literally considering going back for dinner! For our 25th anniversary! Yes, it's that good!”

He said we had to pay for the plate. The waitress said not to worry she would pay for it. We left a $22.00 as a tip for the plate that wasn't right. Come to find out she was this man's wife.”

I ordered the fish and chips with a cup of chowder.. they messed up and gave me a bowl (only paid for the cup) and the fish portions were thick and huge..I couldn't finish it.. the burgers were good. It's open until midnight while most other restaurants closed by 8 pm.”

Whether you already know exactly what you want or you’re standing there trying to decide between every topping known to humanity, Josh makes sure you never feel rushed. He somehow manages to make making a sandwich look like an art form.

What really separates Josh from everyone else is his attention to detail. He doesn’t just make a sandwich—he makes your sandwich. Every ingredient is placed with care, every topping is distributed properly, and the final product actually looks like it was made by someone who takes pride in their work. You can tell Josh understands that the little things matter.

And let’s talk about the bread. Somehow, Josh makes the bread taste better. Is it because of his technique? His dedication? His incredible Subway sandwich-making abilities? Nobody knows. All I know is that when Josh makes your sandwich, you know you’re getting the good stuff.

Josh also deserves recognition for his speed. He can handle a line of customers while somehow maintaining the same level of quality and friendliness. It’s genuinely impressive. He moves efficiently without making customers feel like they’re being rushed through an assembly line. It’s the perfect balance between speed and quality.

Another thing that deserves to be mentioned is Josh’s attitude. Even during what I imagine can be a stressful shift, he stays positive and professional. He brings a good atmosphere to the restaurant, and that makes a huge difference. A good employee can make customers want to come back, and Josh is exactly that kind of employee.

Honestly, Subway should be studying Josh’s work ethic. If there were a Subway Hall of Fame, Josh would have his own wing. If Subway gave out an Employee of the Century award, Josh would somehow still deserve it. If there were an Olympic event for sandwich making, Josh would probably come home with the gold medal.

Every part of the experience is better when Josh is behind the counter. The sandwich tastes better, the service is better, the atmosphere is better, and somehow you leave the restaurant feeling like you just witnessed something special.

In conclusion, Josh is not simply a Subway employee. Josh is a sandwich professional, a customer-service legend, and an absolute asset to Subway. If you happen to walk into Subway and see Josh working, consider yourself lucky. You are about to receive a sandwich made by one of the greatest employees to ever put on a Subway uniform.

She seemed legitimately concerned that we were totally happy with everything which is unusual in drive through stops. Of course the coffee was perfect, and it's good to know that wherever we go we can count on the consistency of our drinks - even when our custom orders are complicated at times! Nice experience on vacation to feel like we're treated back home!”
