Ate at Sumin's restaurant & sushi bar for the first time yesterday for lunch. Their menu includes teriyaki bento boxes, sushi rolls, Korean BBQ, tempura and sushi rolls. I had one of the specials which was a Vegas roll. It was deep fried cod, raw tuna and cream cheese and sauce in a rice roll. Very messy because the rice isn't sticky and the sauce was already on the cut slices, but it tasted very good! My waitress was very friendly. The atmosphere is very casual.
Great menu and amazing food.
The new Korean BBQ is such a smart and fun addition!! The food and service was incredible! The banchan was house-made and delicious, especially the Kimchee and soybean paste 😋
