“Smoking as always! I have to laugh. I told one of the help that I had a complaint.She said, "Okay, and braced herself for bad news. I told her that it was hard to go to McDonald's when I smelled Vinnies come into the parking lot. Now they are only good for drinks.I think she was taken back and laughed! What a relief was on her face. That caused me to laugh.”

I gave them my winning private recipe for Aussie style Oysters Kilpatrick and they said they would give it a go so watch this space. As an Australian, I know it's going to be a winner. As it is already, their oysters are the best in America and I've travelled the globe searching for the freshest Oysters. Moon rocks here are grown and harvested themselves and to sit and watch it all on the Bay is my idea of heaven. Fish and chips is good too but my husband is hooked on their Toasted Cheese sandwiches. Or Cheese Toasties where I'm from. Actually best I've ever had.”

Kezzi--the owner and a fellow high school alumni--built this masterpiece with the deft hands of a professional. A beautiful symphony of Cow, pig, and all the veggies a fellow could wish for. “The restaurant is a little bit of a throwback, it looks like a 1950s diner inside. Service was friendly and attentive, the food was good and the prices were reasonable.This was a great little breakfast spot, and we would go again.Parking: Park on the side street since the parking in front is quite limited”

“The service, staff and atmosphere here is phenomenal.We had our daughters birthday party in the covered patio in the back. It's fully enclosed and has an awesome HVAC system, we were all very comfortable, while the weather outside was rain and hail.We received the best service that I have ever experienced at any restaurant/venue in Coos County.If you're having an event and looking for a clean, new venue that can handle a crowd, look no further.Also, our entire party agreed that the Back Alley has the best pizza on the Southern Oregon Coast. Try it for yourself!!”

“The service was outstanding from the moment we walked into the busy pub with almost all the tables filled and the air filled with the sounds of conversation and music. This pub feels like a local pub. It is eclectic. From the anti-prohibition posters to the small dragon statue, The Beatles poster, the old Apple computer, Star Wars memorabilia and the well stocked bar. The service continued through ordering drinks, appetizers and the meal, and until we left. The food was high quality, visually appealing, smelled good, with generous proportions and was delicious. I will not hesitate return often.”

“This is probably the best Mexican restaurant in North Bend. They have a great authentic experience, and the food is amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for great good.Parking: Out front of the restaurant is the closest parking. There is a parking lot on the other side of 101 going north.”

“We're up here from Firebaugh Ca crabbing. We have a lot of experience with Mexican restaurants and this place did not disappoint! I had the chicken a la Diablo and it was exceptional! Tortillas were very very good as well. There was one young lady running the counter and serving. The service was exceptional. I will be coming back here without a doubt!”

“We came here a while back after a long day of driving. We were tired, a bit disheveled and had our grumpy 2 year old in the stroller. We looked like a mess and so were a bit concerned when we walked in and saw the lovely and quite classy interior with a live harpist playing on a little stage.Our concern quickly vanished as the excellent and laid back service made us feel relaxed and welcome. The food and drinks were equally good and we felt immensely recharged after our meal.The biggest thing I remember about this place was the atmosphere, which had a lovely, laid-back class to it. It felt like it was equally at home hosting our travelling family as it was a 20th wedding anniversary or a dinner with an old friend. I hope we get to come back soon.P.S. it has an excellent changing table in the bathroom. Our son was potty trained by then but finding a fun, classy place that also doesn't require you to try to change a baby on the counter or floor? True perfection”
