“Local place, a little off of 101. Not fine dining, but fine eating. Hostess gave us each a generous sample of their creamy clam chowder to close the deal! Two bowls of chowder and we split a fish dish. The Captain's Choice seemed to have a happy crew working there. We were very happy too.“

“We have been coming here for many years whenever we come to the coast because of the great food, but today I inadvertently left my debit card after paying. I called shortly after their closing time and yet they still answered. Yes, they had my card and will be happy to mail it to me. “Great place with several TVs with games going. Looks like the building used to be a church -- probably some history here. Staff was great, service great, food was amazing, plenty of parking, and food came out pretty fast. I got the crab and shrimp club sandwich and hubby got the captains platter (with 3 different seafoods). Both were delicious! We spent about $60 for two dinners.“

“WOW!! We chose this restaurant because it had the best reviews and was only slightly out of the way of our route. I am SO HAPPY we made the choice to come here. There's a sweet family that runs it and they make THE BEST clam chowder I have ever tasted. We got the clam chowder in the bread bowl and the garlic bacon burger. Both were exceptional. I will be returning to Monkey Business anytime I am at the coast and suggesting my friends and family do the same. Thank you Monkey Business for being so kind, and making AMAZING food.“
