If you like oysters and you like them fresh, you must stop by Clausen’s Oysters in North Bend! Don’t be fooled by its unassuming exterior - they know their stuff! My go to every day for my Oyster fix for the few months of the year that we are here. I gave them my winning private recipe for Aussie style Oysters Kilpatrick and they said they would give it a go so watch this space. As an Australian, I know it's going to be a winner. As it is already, their oysters are the best in America and I've travelled the globe searching for the freshest Oysters.
