The perfectly fried oysters and the oyster chowder are amazing. These oysters taste just like every oyster should taste. Every other oyster I've ever eaten has wanted to taste like Clausen's oysters!

If you like oysters and you like them fresh, you must stop by Clausen’s Oysters in North Bend! Don’t be fooled by its unassuming exterior - they know their stuff! We ordered fish n chips, shrimp cocktail, and a couple of the fried oyster sides. So good! Hot, crispy fried fish and oysters complimented with spicy cocktail sauce, dilly tartar sauce, creamy cole slaw and hot fries. This is also THE place to get your oysters if you want to take some home. Casual indoor or outdoor dining for a decent price. Yum!

Unfortunately, after waiting for an hour and a half, we never received the oysters we ordered. It was quite disappointing. Fries were good, but that's not why we were there.

Had to cancel my order for 2 dozen oysters at $56. We waited an hour and a half and oysters never arrived, it didn't seem terribly busy and had a large staff present. I am relieved to cancel because I looked at what they were going to serve us and the oysters were very small for the outlandish price. Wasted an hour and a half of my day waiting for nothing.

My go to every day for my Oyster fix for the few months of the year that we are here. I gave them my winning private recipe for Aussie style Oysters Kilpatrick and they said they would give it a go so watch this space. As an Australian, I know it's going to be a winner. As it is already, their oysters are the best in America and I've travelled the globe searching for the freshest Oysters. Moon rocks here are grown and harvested themselves and to sit and watch it all on the Bay is my idea of heaven. Fish and chips is good too but my husband is hooked on their Toasted Cheese sandwiches. Or Cheese Toasties where I'm from. Actually best I've ever had.

Great place to buy oysters in bulk and eat them right there on the half shell. We tried three types of oysters and all tasted great! Nice place to sit outside although it was a bit stinky.
