Msc n cheese was not good. I was expecting greatness due to the cheese, but was disappointed.

Wow! Fantastic ice cream that’s not over-priced. The cheese and biscuit shop was well stocked with wonderfully different cheeses and such. Friendly staff and such a nice stop in Coos Bay.
Loved when this location opened and I got to get Mac every so often that I didn't have to make. it's been so lack luster lately. Last 2 times I've gone they have been out of Mac and it was VERY lukewarm another time. Would rather drive to the bandon location as they haven't disappointed me in the past.

Ice cream was phenomenal! High quality and the special flavors are based on what ingredients are in season. Excellent scooping and portions, kind customer service. Cheese sampling set up is solid and tasty.
I was disappointed with our service today. We ordered food. Waited 25 minutes and nothing came out. They had no other orders as everyone left. My partner went up to get a refund and that took 15 minutes. It was such a waste of our time. I also had a baby with me who was clearly growing restless from waiting but that did not bring urgency to the staff. It’s too bad because I live in the area, love cheese, and would have totally been back had the service not been so terrible.

Left on hold for 20 minutes and forgotten about when calling in. Drove to the store to find out they were out of poutine for the third time in a row trying to eat here. Do better
Do not recommend the Poutine. Cheese was good, fries were ok, but the gravy was horrible. Very salty and not good quality. Both my husband and I had upset stomachs after eating.
