For the most part its pretty good, sometimes very slow and some or the workers don't know what a pup cup is... the guy gave a cup of vanilla ice cream instead of whipped cream lol

When our rental car experienced issues in Coos Bay, the store manager, Ashley, helped us feel safe and at home while we waited several hours. We enjoyed our food and the restaurant provided a great place to play games, rest and recharge, literally, during our 4 hour wait. Thank you again for your 😇 kindness.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. They forget to put sauce on the spicy mccrispy almost every other time, gave me cheeseburger without cheese and the prices went up almost every month. Mr. 7 was 8.90 then 9$ now 9.20$. The audacity to raise prices slow and almost unnoticeable is beyond everything. Definitely not costumer friendly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stopped after the fireworks to get the kids some ice cream on the way home. They did well despite the huge line at 11pm at night.

Pretty great! The staff are very kind, and provide you with refills on your fountain drinks upon request. The food is as good as it can be for McDonalds. Atmosphere is nice, and there's little screens in the back of the dining area that have games on them for small children. I wish they had better heating and air conditioning, though. It gets pretty drafty in the winter, and very hot in the summer. Not great for the employees to be working in those conditions :( They covered the only available outlets recently, which is upsetting. Over all, the staff and clean dining area make up for this location's flaws.

My kids grew up on the 10 hamburgers for a dollar. And fries were their favorite. I'm pretty sure McDonald's fries and burgers are 85% of their DNA

It was super clean and the staff was so friendly!! They were quick and brought my food to the table quickly. They even checked to make sure everything was good and I didn't need anything else. Exceptional customer service!!!
