I appreciate the prompt response from Dawn. However, as I made abundantly clear to whoever the customer service people I dealt with at Safeway over the problems I had when shopping at this store, I needed THEM to contact you. If they failed to do so, there is another problem with Safeway/Albertsons. I will not delve into this any longer. I will simply take my business elsewhere. I have given Safeway more than enough chances to step up and make it right. At this point, I am simply trying to forewarn potential customers of the NUMEROUS problems I have had in 2022. Curious, was there a management change during this time?

I love the staff here. Everyone is very polite, and they treat my son & I very well. This location has been my go-to since moving to the area. The pharmacy staff is fast and knowledgeable, and their is also a Starbucks inside.

I'm tired if not being able to find what I need because someone decided to change all the products around for no reason .... employees even comment when you ask where they moved things .. very disappointed... I also noticed that name brand products are being put to the back of the shelf or top shelf and signature brand, which is Safeway brand, is being put front and center. I dont have all day to spend in your store. Really disappointed

Love this store, the employees are so nice and helpful...the store is very clean and usually well stocked, even during the pandemic..I truly appreciate the employees working so hard during these trying times.

Once our Coos Bay Safeway had awesome customer service, but our it has become a customer service joke! There's a few of the long time employees that have always provided great customer service! It just feels like the management lost touch with the details and instilling customer service values in the new hires.

what is the point of an express lane if you let fat lazy people go thru with an entire cart full. I had 2 boxes of soda and had to use a different line. Enforce the 15 or less sign or take it down.

People in the area know if supermarkets were like RV parks, Safeway would be considered a luxury park. Well this is a Mega Safeway, meaning not only do they have a gas station but also a pharmacy. I noticed the layout is the same as most Safeways. This particular market doesn't share the lot with anyone so parking is a breeze. They have a large selection of fresh fruits and produce, in store bakery, meats, and everything and everything to cover your grocery list. Including a bin for straight to DVD section. I don't understand how they don't have as much fresh seafood being in a coastal town. Most of the seafood is frozen or previously frozen. And brace for it People from Hawaii, NO POKE!!! Overall four stars. The market is like Amazon; they sell everything. Now excuse me, I gotta find the items in the list. M
