In the off chance the store looks at this: traveling through on a road trip last week and came through the drive through. The lady working the window around 8am on Tuesday 5th was just wonderful, great service and personality - and we took her advice on 2 locations in the Redwood National Park and loved both of them.

I did a mobile order for an Iced Royal English Breakfast Latte and they have no idea how to make it. I pulled up and the girl tries handing me a plain iced tea and I told her it was wrong and then said oh she forgot the milk. She took the drink and poured it in a trenta cup and just added milk, which of course didn't fix the issue. Her comment was that she upgraded the drink from a Venti to a Trenta thinking she was doing me a great service in handing me a larger cup. I asked her if the tea was steeped and she had no idea what I was talking about, she said they pour the tea from the pitcher. I felt it was a losing battle and just left with an incorrect drink, tasted horrible and I poured it out.

I drive further to hit this Starbucks intentionally. Somehow they have the magical perfect temperature for hot drinks EVERY time. I'm a sensory sensitive person so this is important. They are by far the fastest Starbucks drive through locally too. They have forgotten to give me napkins a time or two but that's literally my only complaint. They stand out.
Dietary restrictions: They're very good about checking ingredients and having diet restriction options.

It's a nice environment nice employees that waited on us and when someone in my party complained their coffee tasted burnt they were more then happy to make them a new one without any hassle.

A favorite coffee stop. I love the double smoked bacon and egg sandwich. The new maple chicken and egg sandwich is also good.
