Out of the three taco bells in town, this is by far my favorite if you just want the drive thru. The parking is limited but the drive thru is quick. I have yet to have messed up orders from here.

Went through the drive through, order was missing one of the meals when I got to the window lady said I'll have to go around the drive through again or come inside to fix the issue. I went inside and a guy was at the counter and I explained the situation and he said sorry but he's not allowed to take orders and I would have to place a new order on the kiosk. Im not waisting my time to figure the kiosk's out when they have people that are paid to work there. If it truly is store policy that their company employees cant take orders then I will no longer be a customer.

Dinner the other night was perfect but breakfast today was bad. Kind of unprofessional that the woman at the window was taking orders on her headset instead of talking to me. I asked for hot sauce but was ignored. Accuracy is more important than speed.

I hate this place. You have to order all of your own food on the screen. It's not easy. There's no staff to help you. They weren't out cleaning tables. There was a man on his phone. It was turned up loud. He was talking to somebody on speaker phone it was a spanish conversation and everybody in the place had to listen whether we could understand it or not because he wouldn't put his phone up to his ear.. While we tried to enjoy our lunch. I just was not a fan of this place whatsoever, and the parking is awful, at least if they're gonna have computers that you have to make your own order there should be somebody to help you through it. This is such a hassle.
New to all the computer ordering. The staff was very helpful. I am computer literate now 😂😂
