Went thru the drive up a couple of weeks ago, ordered a meal, when they asked what drink we wanted, I ordered a Sprite, was told they didn't have sprite, asked for a Mello Yello, they said they didn't have that, so I asked what they did have and the girl was super rude and was like everything besides those. So I turned to ask my son what he wanted and she started screaming the other drinks they had. On a side note when I was telling my husband this, he told me that they've been out of Sprite for like 3 months.
Tried going back there tonight, and granted they were pretty busy but we waited about 15 minutes and then left to go somewhere else. They had a ton of people in the back working but it looked like there was no organization. And I happened to hear the person working in the drive up that they were out of Dr. Pepper so I feel like that's an ongoing issue.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich add cheese, onions and bacon, but when it was delivered it didn't have any of those things in it. I wouldn't have been so upset, but they charge extra for the additional rounds, so I ended up paying several dollars extra for toppings I didn't even get.

It's Wendy's, what should I expect? The food was edible and lackluster, as usual.
There is one guy there is is just so kind and really makes my day. He's mindful and makes sure you get all of your order. Store is clean,fast service, and food is good overall. Much appreciated.

August 18th at approx. 11:00pm I pulled into the drive thru and was greeted my rude employees who were too busy messing around to take my order. I was told to wait four different times cause the girl was in the parking lot obviously talking to a friend. When She finally came back to the drive thru speaker box to take my order, everything I ordered was “out of stock” and the young lady taking my order couldn’t stop laughing with her co workers. There was no one else in the drive thru or lobby. I finally was able to order but had to settle on something “they had “. By the time I made it to the pick up window I was pretty fed up. The young blonde worker was smirking and being extremely rude. I told her to cancel my order and I was going to go somewhere else.
