“Went today to try out Five Stars Family Burger. They were really busy and there was a long wait. I definitely recommend calling in your order…best burger I’ve ever had!!!“

“I've always received great food! I did go through the drive-through recently and ordered a big Carl's and they send me out front to wait for my food. The gal came out and she gave me my order, I then drove to the parking lot to eat my burger. When I opened it and took a bit it had a nasty taste and the burger stunk! I didn't have time to complain and left! I've never had a burger smell like that! I love Carl's Jr. I will still come back, I hope I never smell that again from Carl's Jr!“

“I did not plan on writing this review, we got some coupons in the mail and decided to use them for dinner. Glad we did, because it was an awesome meal.I got a large whopper meal, and my wife got the original chicken sandwich meal. We ordered separately to use the coupons. Both of our orders were done at about the same time, barely long enough for me to fill the drinks.The fries were hot, crispy and fresh and my whopper was phenomenal, hot and fresh as well. The chicken sandwich must've just came out of the frier too. Oh, and their drink maker machine has big red, if you remember that soda. Can't find it anywhere anymore.The lobby was clean and well lit, and an employee was mopping while we were there so the lobby was obviously kept up throughout the day. It smelled wonderful too.All in all I was expecting a standard fast food outing, but was pleasantly surprised by this BK tonight!

Parking: The parking lot was a little full for not many people in the lobby, but there could've been a lot of workers.

Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap parking is right next to the ramp for the door.“

“I finally got a chance to stop by again. Unfortunately had to take it to go but while I was waiting literally every employee who saw me asked if I was helped. While I waited watching one of their big screens I noticed 3 servers ask one man if he needed another beer.The last one took the glass so theyd stop asking. Great food and better service.“

“I might rank the Gorg as the best burger I’ve ever had. I love burgers. If I have three burgers in a day it was a good day. If I could have three Eazy Peazy Eatz burgers in a day it was the best day ever. The only bummer is they are not open for dinner.“

“Hire more workers. Two guys working like mad trying to keep up with a crazy amount of online orders. In person order was a 50 minute wait for food. No fry sauce. No truffle oil for the fries. No one available to wipes tables. Wall windows open when it’s 50 degrees out. Props to the two guys working for being calm and courteous with customers in this kind of slammed situation. I’m assuming somebody called out sick, or management needs to get in gear.“

“I've been enjoying dining at Burgerville, as their buns are fresh, I like the "homemade" taste of their burgers. I've also enjoyed milkshakes, fries, salads and more. The service is good, even when they're busy, although you may need to be patient and wait.“
