Great NorthWest Ice Cream Company

I found this place through Google Maps and I’m so excited to try it out! OMG, it’s definitely a spot that should go viral! The food is incredibly delicious, and the service is warm and friendly. The portions are generous, which made my husband and me really happy. I went with a half banana flavor and Oreo cookies creamer, no. 2319—so tasty! I can’t wait to come back this weekend to try even more flavors.

I got a single scoop that could easily be a double scooped into one ball; all fitted into a huge cone. I got one with honey and it went perfectly with the vanilla cone.

WOW! That chocolate was great. It almost made wish I'd skipped the hot fudge. That's chocolate the way chocolate ice cream should be made.

Glad I discovered this place. Definitely stop here if you appreciate great ice cream! The flavors do change but there will be something for everyone.

We found this ice cream originally at the Orenco Farmers Market. We went to Hagg Lake on Sunday and then dropped by their main store in Forest Grove. The store was clean, well appointed and a very nice gentleman greeted us immediately.

The ice cream stands on its own as it always has. Delicious, hand made and creamy. Lots of flavors to choose from as well. This place is well worth the stop. You will not be disappointed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We’ve tried to come here multiple times during their published business hours and they are always closed when we try. I’ve heard great things about the ice cream but disappointed that it never works out for us.

The best strawberry ice cream I’ve EVER had. It’s not your a faintly strawberry flavored cream with chunks of slimy strawberry. No fruit chunks, no seeds, just delicious authentic natural strawberry flavor. The chocolate was so good too. In an age where ice cream is basically just skim milk, sugar, and gums, Great NW blows it out of the water. I like that the owner is straightforward and just makes really freakin good ice cream. If I wanted yapping and crap ice cream I’d go to Trader Joe’s or Dutch Bros.

Top tier local ice cream shop. They use local ingredients. We take our family here often! So many good flavors. I would add a photo but I ate all the ice cream so fast. Haha
