Great North West Ice Cream Company

Meh. The person working was nice, but the three flavors my group got were all bland (double chocolate brownie, 2329, and strawberry). It was nothing special.

The best strawberry ice cream I’ve EVER had. It’s not your a faintly strawberry flavored cream with chunks of slimy strawberry. No fruit chunks, no seeds, just delicious authentic natural strawberry flavor. The chocolate was so good too. In an age where ice cream is basically just skim milk, sugar, and gums, Great NW blows it out of the water. I like that the owner is straightforward and just makes really freakin good ice cream. If I wanted yapping and crap ice cream I’d go to Trader Joe’s or Dutch Bros.

Top tier local ice cream shop. They use local ingredients. We take our family here often! So many good flavors. I would add a photo but I ate all the ice cream so fast. Haha

We always enjoy coming in here to get ice cream and their ice cream is the best in Washington County. You will not find fresh ice cream like this anywhere else. I appreciate how the ingredients (like the fruit) are locally sourced from farms and integrated into creating seasonal flavors. I highly recommend the 2319 or Salted Caramel as these are the original flavors.

Wanted to try out the ice cream since I see so many good reviews. Normally not in this area.

There was a sign saying someone was in a meeting and would be back at 6, maybe, to open the store.

They have good ice cream but overpriced to say the least. The person helping me wasn't enthusiastic and just felt like I was a bother.

Second edit: It's not a flyby review. Changed it to one star because of how you respond to criticism. Second, if a family of 4 wants 4 shakes that's $48 dollars and you ask for a tip. Way too much money. You do not compete with other desert shops. I can go anywhere else with better options and get that all without paying an arm and a leg because you blended my shake.

Already told people I work with about your prices and they thought it was outrageous as well. Good luck bud and I'm sure you won't resist replying back.

Amazing ice cream. Lucky we stumbled on it as it’s kinda hidden. Customer service was great too!
