Drinks did not come until after the food arrived. Server did not write down order and did not bring food ordered. Bugs in food. Will not return.

Good place for simple and quick ramen. Service was a little slow but only 2 people were working and I was in no hurry. Food was good and tasty.

Really good ramen bowls. My only wish is that the spicy miso was spicier! If you like your broth very spicy I recommend asking for extra spicey

Great food!! Really nice experience!
Would like to have some beef options instead of pork, but other than that - great and would definitely recommend!

Awesome food, great lighting, excellent spot to have a meal! Ramen was so good, probably one of the best I’ve had in Oregon!

Takoyaki... Octopus dumplings are downright delicious! Visiting again very soon to sample their ramen bowls! 😁 Great music, very quick service & delicious food!

The ramen was undercooked, the mushrooms and bamboo shoots were raw.

This is my favorite place for lunch whenever I'm in Corvallis. The food is wonderful, with vegetarian options-very fresh and prepared to order, in a calm and inviting atmosphere. Their spicy miso ramen is ichi-ban! 🍜🍥🍢

This place is soooo YUMMY! My first time, and I'm a fan! If you like Ramen, you will love the food here. If you are unfamiliar, go, ask questions to narrow down what sounds good to you, and enjoy 😉

My wife and I just happened on this place, and we were impressed. The yakisoba (we got chicken, but you've got options) were great. Really delicious. The service is prompt, the atmosphere is utilitarian, clean, modern. The servings are ample. We live elsewhere but I suspect we'll start to try to find reasons to go to Corvallis. Come to think of it, maybe Ai Ramen is reason enough. The place is a little tucked away, so you'll have to pay attention to find it, but it is well worth it.

A1 Ramen is hands down my favorite spot in town! Their Vegan Spicy Miso Ramen is absolutely amazing—rich, flavorful, and comforting. It’s my go-to comfort food, and I find myself craving it all the time. The broth is perfectly spiced, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. Whether I’m dining in or taking it to go, it never disappoints. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best ramen in town!
