Five of us walked in right after they opened Sunday. No one else in restaurant. Ordered our meal and appetizers. Tornado Potatoes had a good seasoning, but were spiral cut so thin that they were hard and crispy like a potato chip.Worst part was four of us Chicken Teriyaki...they literally cooked one brought it out, 10-12 minutes later brought 2nd one out with the other guys soup (which he got sick off. Egg wasn't cooked properly). 10-12 minutes later 3rd Chicken Teriyaki came out. Then they served entire group of three that showed up 20 minutes or so after we arrived their meal before serving our last Chicken Teriyaki. Not a single one of us was happy about the experience and almost guaranteed we will not visit again. What a lame way to take care of customers.

There’s 3 new girls working there who I’ve never seen before. Usually it’s this nice guy who is fast and has great customer service. Anyway, the girls were very sweet but extremely slow and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I noticed they were back there talking and then after waiting a while for them to take our order, my mom went up to the counter to ask and the girl with the shaved sides of her hair and bun said they were “busy” even though we sat there and watched them just talking to each other for a long time. The food also wasn’t as good as usual. Very oily and salty. Which was disappointing because it was my son’s birthday and I also brought my parents with me to try it for the first time snd it was just a huge disappointment tonight. I saw a few other guests get up and leave from waiting so long.

The only place in this area where I had to stop the server and tell them that this place has one of the best Poke bowls I've ever had (hard to say if you've been to Hawai'i). Lots of open seating and a fun place to hang out and get ramen.

Place was well maintained and looked nice, but, the server was weird, all the drinks come bottled even the milk tea (which was $5 for a 12oz), and the food was too salty. The servers doubled as the cooks, used no gloves, and one didn't care to wash his hands!!

This may be the best ramen I've ever had. Pork belly literally melts in your mouth. Heaven on earth!

Hadn't eaten all day, and this ramen was a perfect choice to fill me up. The lady that helped me was very nice, and the food came out fast. Overall a very pleasant experience, and kudos to the staff for being amazing!

So once every couple of weeks I come to AI to get their - what used to be - delicious Agedashi Tofu. Today is that day, and I was anticipating another delicious bowl of the Agedashi T. Unfortunately they've changed the whole dish and it's nearly inedible. When it first came.out the deep fried tofu looked great, shaped a bit differently but nicely cooked with a crisp coating. First bigger difference was the tofu was served on a flat plate rather than in a bowl so no way to bathe the tofu in the sauce. I asked for it to be placed in a bowl, which the server did for me. (BTW - she was fantastic especially being new on the job.)I did pour the sauce over and noticed there just wasn't enough of it to give each beautiful piece of tofu a nice dip, so requested more, which I received. So I pored that over, dipped a piece of the tofu in the sauce, took a mouthful and was.completely overwhelmed by the saltiness.I returned the dish and let them know it was.now inedible.I hope they return to the original recipe as this had been my favorite little treat for myself.every.couple of weeks. On the good side, my daughter's Kitsune Udon was good she says...I will give it a go another time and am hopeful the old version will make a comeback...

If you’ve never had good ramen, I can see how this is good. I asked to make the Spicy Ramen extra spicy because I expected it to be very mild. I was right, server just handed Sriracha to make it spicier. You can make home cooked instant ramen better than this. Pork wasn’t bad, but step up from canned soup to be honest.

I honestly loved this place! The service is great and the restaurant is spacious and aesthetic. I shared the Ai Ramen, Tuna poke and a Takoyaki order with my friend and it was plenty. The poke is soooo good!!! This is a new menu item and it's so worth trying. The ramen bowls are huge and yummy, which makes it worth it in my opinion.

The Ai Ramen ? is what I always order. Highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: They have a completely gluten free Ai Ramen that they can do with some substitutions, ie: no soy sauce egg, no chashu pork (they sub with bok choy and aged tofu?)
