They have everything you might need, but a little bit expensive...

So many unique items, flavors, and scents. Halal meats, eastern European cheeses, Asian snacks. I always get my spices here, inexpensive and great selection with new products in every month and the friendliest staff.

Kebabs, tandoori chicken in either Indian or Lebanese style, or the awesome lamb shank with yellow rice, which to me is lamb in perfection-- this all is my favorite comfort food. Mac and cheese is great but it is no match for Al Jebal's lamb. One of my top restaurants in Corvallis along with Block 15 and my memories of the Gables and Nearly Normals. As someone who grew up in India, I can say their tandoori chicken is a definite thumbs-up. How do they do that? Ordering from them and picking it up is a pleasant experience too. The portions are pretty generous. I think they've got it down. You've got to try it if you haven't.

The chicken shawarma pita was very good, get the hot sauce! The beef kabob too was excellent. I'll be back soon, both for lunch and to get my middle eastern supplies such as tahini, olives, and lamb from the store.

They got some pretty good stuff. Definitely needs some more of a selection but, ok.

Based on Yelper's reviews family stopped here for pickup on the way back from the coast. Wife and our son like Lamb a lot, a whole lot, so wherever the wife goes on trips she always likes to try lamb shank. We ordered the shank and lamb plate and when she ated for lunch (dinner too plus lunch the next day) she exclaimed it was tasty as well as how plentiful the set ups were. Wife had a place in Salem she would always go when visiting the son but she said this shank ruled over the other. I'm checking for her if the distance b/t the two cities is doable for the top lamb shank meal because she deserves. Enjoy you lucky people in Oregon.
This place might be the single best restaurant I've been to in Oregon. Food is next-level amazing, service good, and we really enjoyed browsing the store. Will visit as often as we possibly can. Only wish they had seating! But for food this good, we will do whatever it takes, even a car picnic ?

Great food and always quick to turn around for takeout. No in restaurant dining, clothes shop where tables used to be. Prices are very reasonable and proportions are generous. Best middle eastern food in the valley bar none, the lamb, chicken, or falafel are all wonderful and the never ending rice is so flavorful you keep going back. Baklava is a nice finisher, not to sweet but still crunchy.

Easily and still my favorite Corvallis restaurant. The owner and his family are wonderful people, they care about their business and they care about their customers. Please, frequent this place, it would be devastating to lose this gem.

I used to live near Al Jebal, and it was a staple! You get an impressive amount of food for the price, and it is always tasty and fresh. Great service and always friendly. A hidden gem of Corvallis!
