My local baker! I've long since given up trying to bake my own bread, and why would I need to when there's a fantasic baker right in town? Bread is delicious, always kind and helpful service!
Wonderful experience and delightful cinnamon bun! Perfect double espresso too. Had a lovely chat with the owner who makes your dreams come true with his hand made excellent pastries and sourdough breads, don’t miss this!
What a wonderful bakery! I would recommend this to anyone who finds themselves in Corvallis. You can tell by the atmosphere, right when you walk in, that you’ve hit the jackpot for bread with amazing taste baked to perfection! And when you purchase a loaf here you’re helping support a local, family owned, small business! 5 stars all the way! As recommended by the owner/baker, my olive rosemary bread was delicious!
