Had the strangest experience I have ever had at The Angry Beaver. Wife and I stopped by here for lunch on a Friday about 12:15. We walked in and we were the only customers, we were told to grab a menu by the bartender. We grabbed our menus and and sat down. We waited there for a good ten minutes with zero interaction from bartender. Remember we were the only ones here! The whole time she was either on the bar computer or her phone. Not once did she acknowledge us to say she would be with us or even say anything at all. As we got up to leave she said thank you? Like I said just a weird experience all together.

We were pleasantly surprised by how lovely it is inside! Plenty of drink options and the bartender we had was so fun to chat with. I didn’t get his name, but we bonded over talking about his kingdom hearts tattoo. Would love to come back to try the food!

Are they out of business? I tried going Monday and doors were locked, and now the phone number disconnects?

Lacks OSU spirit like the orig. But we enjoyed the booth seats and the modern/updated washrooms. Service was ok. Waitress didn’t know about the Beaver that used to greet patrons. Btw, he’s now gone. Decos inside are newish inspired, but unspirited. Club/like try, but this is Corvallis and home of the Beavers! Bring back Beaver and the college flags!

All style, no substance. They've certainly invested in remodeling, but the food is awful (bland, unseasoned, dry) and overpriced. Came for trivia, but not even my love for trivia will get me back into this establishment. If you are willing to spend a ton of money for a meh experience, this is your place.

Loved the patty melt and grilled onions. I only wanted a quarter pounder though, not the half pounder. I'm also not a fan of swirled rye bread, but the burger was juicy and delicious. It made up for the sour taste of marbled rye.
Highly recommend it to my patty melt lovers out there, he'll yeah!! Also my wife loved her pretzel and chees and grilled tacos!

This place is terrible, service is absolutely awful. Not family friendly, food not cooked right, terrible terrible experience, what an awful place. Will never go back, will never recommend this place.

I really like this place and want them to do well. Corvallis is in desperate need of a good sports bar, and the Angry Beaver is so close.

The new ownership is doing well in upgrading the interior and making the space welcoming. Service is generally prompt and friendly.

The food is reasonably priced and well above average, particularly as compared to the current state of affairs at Buffalo Wild Wings. Particularly recommend the slow roasted corned beef Reuben. Don't so much recommend the French Dip. Good tap list with clean lines.

Where they're lacking is the emphasis on sports. TVs and channel management have improved dramatically over the previous owner, but if it ain't the Beavers, it's not the place to catch the game. The projector is infrequently used and even more rarely is there game audio, even for significant standalone events like late stage March Madness, Sunday / Monday night football or the NFL playoffs. Buffalo Wild Wings prioritizes that, and that seems to be where the sports fans end up.

It’s a college bar gets hoping at nights depending on college stuff and the food was ok, wings are not what I expected for the price. The beer is good not a huge selection but nice beers.

Absolutely horrible. They’re food specifically chips and salsa come with no salsa and if you ask for a tiny dipping cup more they charge you almost 2 whole extra dollars without telling you (it’s only supposed to be 5.50) or letting you know ahead of time. Their bar staff is amazing but their server is terrible so be warned they don’t care about letting you know about charges ahead of time nor care about how they treat you when asking about it. Their serving staff is beyond rude (she walked away mid conversation).

Came in on a trivia night, it’s loud with music and conversations all going on. They have a decibel reader and it was consistently over 800. Burgers were over priced for the size, drinks were ok and the fries tasted like everything they had ever cooked in the fryer. It has its local charm, worth a stop to decide for yourself.

Fun atmosphere and great food!

Sonja, Skylar, and the management are top notch. This establishment has that "hidden gem" type atmosphere! Personable staff, a competitive menu at more than reasonable prices, plenty of TV's to accomadate sports fans, and regulars that will say the same!
