Applebee's Grill + Bar

Both of us had been to Applebee's many times--her in another state and me at the Corvallis Applebee's. This was a terrible meal. I ordered soup and salad, which came almost immediately. She ordered a main dish salad, which came about 10 minutes later. The waiter was apologetic and obviously the problem was in the kitchen but he couldn't seem to build a fire under them.
Her salad was ok. Mine was swimming in dressing!
I'll have to think twice before taking someone back there.

Went their w our 4 yr old grand daughter and she was rambling about all the food pics so the waitress after we said we need more time went and brought all what she heard from 4 years old ...I guess trying to run the bill up thinking we would t send it all back ....

If somebody can't have cheese I find it disgusting that the cooks there will make a cheeseburger and then try to scrape off the cheese poorly. I was told that the cooks even tell the managers that they don't do that. It's a good thing I take pictures though. This isn't the first, second, or even like the 10th time this is happened. Do better.

Had not been to an Applebee's in quite awhile but the one in Corvallis is surprisingly good. Their Happy Hour is great. Good options for drinks and appetizers 1/2 price, which is a great deal. Service was excellent, fast, friendly and efficient. Definitely will be back the next time we are in Corvallis.

Terrible customer service

It's been 4 years since we tried this location again. Last time everything we asked for was not Available. Last night we ordered the 2 for $25. What a mistake giving this location another chance.ordwrwd the burger with no pickles qAs delivered extra pickles .waitress took it back only gone a couple seconds brought it back and claim we gave it all new veggies.asked for it to be remade and right before delivery we were informed it was being boxed up to go. We didn't ask for it to go but the attitudes of the staff made it clear that we were not welcome to be there because we asked them to do Thier job and re make the burger. The waitress had another person come tell us about it being packed to go then as we're leaving and not happy at all she has the audacity to make a statement about maybe being better next time. Seriously if the staff is that rude unfriendly it doesn't surprise me that Thier stupidly thinks we'll be back. Having owned a diner this experience was so substandard it really warrenra a spot for no star rating.

waited almost an hour for my food just to come out raw. the waitress didn’t even acknowledge that we were even there. multiple tables also had an issue with food coming out not right.

We arrived at the Corvallis Applebee’s around 4:45 PM and didn’t get greeted for drinks until about 5:02. I even mentioned to our waitress that we’d been sitting for quite a while, but she brushed it off and said she’d be right back with our drinks. Instead, she went to take other tables’ orders. We ended up waiting another 10 minutes before the drinks finally came — so nearly 30 minutes just to get started.

When we ordered, we got four appetizers and were told they’d come out quickly. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. A table seated well after us got their food first, and ours didn’t arrive until around 5:45. When it finally did, the wings weren’t really tossed in sauce, one of the chicken tacos had a weird taste, and the floor around our area was pretty dirty.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this visit was really disappointing. The staff just seemed really zoned out — kind of moving in slow motion and not paying much attention to what was happening around them. Hopefully it was just an off night, but the overall vibe was not great.

I usually don't write reviews but after my recent visit, I felt like I should share my experience. This was my second time dining here and unfortunately it was very different from my first visit. From the moment we sat down, our server repeatedly walked past our table while checking in on the tables around us. Even though we arrived before the couple next to us, she checked in with them multiple times but never once asked us if everything was okay. When our food came out, it wasn't even brought by our server but by two different staff members who didn't appear to be servers. The first one dropped off garlic parmesan wings when we had actually ordered the classic combo appetizer. We tried to tell him it wasn't what we ordered but he walked away before we could say anything. Later, another staff member (possibly a manager) brought our entrees and that's when we explained the mix-up. She apologized, said she's correct it and told us we wouldn't be charged. The biggest disappointment was the overall lack of attention. Our server never checked back to see if we needed anything and the general vibe felt like we were being ignored. It was uncomfortable. I usually don't mind the little mistakes but the combination of being overlooked, receiving the wrong order, and the disorganized service made this visit very unpleasant. Shoutout to the staff that brought out our appetizer and entree but the service on this visit was very disappointing.

Came with my kids for my birthday lunch once my kids got there food immediately got asked if we needed boxes for there food. Me nor did my husband got our lunch that we ordered, she actually forgot about our food and said it was gonna be an additional 20 min wait. Our kids had already finished there food. She gave us $1.40 off our bill. What a joke, very disappointed and will not come again.
