The service for this location really needs some attention. I have been ordering here for the last 2 years and my experiences have been pretty mixed, with some consistent issues.

The food has always been pretty darn tasty and there are a variety of options and fun little specials that they do, however that is really where the positives end.

As I said in the beginning, the service and accessibility are seriously struggling. When faced with challenges this location seems to struggle significantly. Over the last two years, I have been met with inconsistent and uncommunicated operating hours changes, many issues with their online ordering system, and periotic issues with customer service among their staff.

There have been several instances where their operating hours changed on a whim, without any mention on their website or ordering software. I have wasted my time on several occasions visiting the location where it was supposed to be open, just to find out that they weren't. Very disappointing to say the least.

I typically order online, and their online ordering system is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes items that you can order perfectly fine in-store, will show up as unavailable or out-of-stock, or sometimes ordering would be just completely unavailable. After the first few times I called the location to be told that they turn online ordering off if they feel that they are too busy. They also don't take call-in orders during that time as well. In addition to this, they often forget to turn online ordering back on after they have these supposed rushes.

If you have issues with this location, you will likely be met with a wall of excuses, rather than exploring a solution, as this seems to be their go-to when presented an issue in my experience. It felt almost like pulling teeth when trying to get a refund for a messed up order.

As much as I would love to recommend this location because of how tasty their food is, I simply can't because of how much the negative overshadows the positive experiences. This location needs to seriously improve on how they operate when faced with challenges.

We were given a gift card for Bo & Vine while we were visiting Corvallis. Love old town Corvallis and its atmosphere. Very active and pedestrian friendly area. Bo & Vine was easy to find and was busy on a Saturday night, yet we were still able to find seating. It utilizes self-seating and counter order, so don’t expect hostess or waiter service. Staff were friendly and helpful. Despite being quite busy, our food and drink order was timely. I had a Hulk Smash and my husband had a Bell Ringer. We shared a small order of the house made tots. The food was awesome. The food was hot and looked wonderful, but tasted even better. The homemade tots were delicious and I could imagine stuffing myself with a large order even though a small order was plenty! They had a huge collection of sauces available and we had the tzatziki. Again, it was all very tasty. My husband had an IPA and I took a chance on a “wine shake” which I found very different, but wonderful. Self-bussing your table is appreciated since there isn’t wait staff. Overall, I very much enjoyed this restaurant and will definitely return and highly recommend it.

Wasn't a fan of the QR code at the door for the menu...
Food was delicious, they have Jones soda which is made with sugar cane; very smooth soda. Good food but tater tots were questionable, they seemed like shredded hashbrowns deep fried? And the atmosphere was also questionable; it is like a combination of a fast food restaurant but like sit-down? And the decor was interesting, plants everywhere and the lights above the bar(?) Were round shiny balls. But I liked the music and lighting, not too bright but not to where you can't read the menu. And they use real metal forks, kinda odd for this type of restaurant.
They serve burger, salads, chicken, shakes and beer.
Oh and paid $4 extra for hashbrowns that were odd, kinda hush puppy style

Only had fries and a pear shake. Fries were excellent. Shake could have used a lot more pear flavour.

I’ve been to the restaurant since it opened and since Covid I think it needs a bit of a revamp. Like change it up. It also looks like it need some cleaning and just a vibe change

Great place, burger was good. Would get a higher rating but 16 bucks for a burger and Fries is insanely overpriced.

My dine-in experience was good, my delivery experience was good and bad. I will focus on the delivery. My first time ordering delivery was fantastic, the second was not. The second time the order was wrong and the fries were cold. The second time the app didn't seem to clearly indicate my selections but the notes on the purchase screen did so I wasn't worried but the burger came with things I didn't want and didn't have some of the things I did. I like that the fries come in a separate box but no cold french fry is worth $4.

Can not believe they got rid of the fire tots. They were the best item on the menu and the main reason I came in. PLEASE BRING THEM BACK!

Food is great! But way too overpriced, payed over 50$ for two burgers, shake and tots. The customer service was awful. The people working seemed like they didn’t want to deal with customers

Understandably Friday evening is busy but I waited 15-20 minutes past when my order was supposed to have been ready. Great burger though, French fries a little too salty.
