The burger has lots of potential. In honesty, a fee years back it was excellent and we told all our friends to go here. Unsure what changed the last year but the burgers are now cooked very dry. Cooked too much so it was hard on the outside and no juice. Little flavor. They have all the potential to be great - maybe just need to teach their cooks how to cook a burger so it isn't dry.

Well I always have issue with places that put you on the spot for a tip as your standing at the counter just after ordering as you prepay for your food. First of all you order at a counter, not a waitress. You get your own drinks, napkins, utensils straws and condiments. You go to the table and wait for your name to be called, then you go back up and get your own food. When you’re finished, you buss your own table. So when two burgers, one order of fries and one soda costs $39 I’m hard pressed to throw in more money for a “tip”. It feels more like a bribe so your food comes out good. Well our burgers were very over cooked and our fries seemed to have been scraped from the bottom of the pan, none more than an inch long, over cooked and barely warm. My brother took me there today for my first time. He kept apologizing, “this place use to be so much better” he said. We laughed and agreed it was our fault for not paying the “bribe” up front.

Everything was *a-mazing*, from the service to the yummy menu to the beer and cider! The "saucetender" sets this place apart and the fact that they're all housemade is appreciated: cherry habañero and the aiolis were favorites.Thank you for stocking the best gluten-free bun I've ever had...so soft and perfect unlike most. This is definitely my new go-to burger joint! My husband had a burger and I had a grilled chicken sandwich...we couldn't talk to eachother for a while!! iPad starts out with 15% tip already selected, but they don't bring out the food and you have to bus your own table. The food was OK, I would recommend going elsewhere. The burger price doesn't include any sides, which was surprising because it's in line with or slightly above places that include fries or a side. The fries are not good either.
