This is an evolving restaurant. It has grown into this space as it's 3rd quality opportunity to enjoy food, friends, and a gentle respite from food without a soul. This is quality food that was badly needed as we move back into a more normal social sphere with improving community. And tasteful fun food.
Parking: Plan ahead for a little walk and free parking can be found.

Very good sandwiches and crisp, fresh salad. The meatballs and red sauce were on point.

While the title probably doesn’t mean much on the surface, Bodhi is a gem for this town that has almost no good vegan options. Everything on the menu is clearly labeled vegan or veganizable and they have some vegan pastries but they always sell out very quick. They changed the menu like 6 months ago and added more vegan options which is great. Great place!
Frustrated that when I asked for my croissant to be warmed up, I found out it would be microwaved. What kind of bakery microwaves a croissant?!? Please invest in a small oven to heat pastries!

I have tried to call several times & nobody answers ever & VM is full. I have ordered the buttermilk benny several times to have delivered. It's amazing! However, how you package it makes the lid pop open & gravy spills all over & half of it is wasted because of it. It's all over the bag & bottom of container. A complete mess!!! Today I received my order & the gravy is everywhere other than in my container!

I ordered kitchari and would not have recognized it ( and I cook the stuff). It tasted so bad, I ate none of it and ordered a grilled cheese. That was inedible to me also. If you're a super taster, do not dine here. Bad oil on grilled cheese also. I ordered two entrees, both horrible and left hungry. Not for the discerning.

There is an amazing selection of vegetarian options. The tempeh reuben might be the best thing I've ever had

I took my partner here on a dinner date recently and had a pretty sad experience.
We walk in and there's no line. We check out the menu for a couple of minutes then we move to the register to order. The girl at the register was giving "impatient" because she kept looking at us while deciding and her body language was giving me that too. We go up and ask some questions about the bread included with a meal. She rolls her eyes and said "wait, I guess I'll check" then just walks away, body language giving off "annoyed". Another worker sees this and quickly comes up to us and says "sourdough", I could tell she realized how rude her coworker was being.
After this interaction I noticed the two talking. They decided to switch roles so the person who took our order is now announcing food pickup.
We walk outside to our table and over the next ten minutes we hear the worker who was acting annoyed YELL into the speaker. I've been here before and I know she doesn't need to do that. She sounded tense and angry in her tone. I noticed other tables outside listening then laughing about how weird that was until eventually an older man went inside, then the yelling stopped.
I come in to get my food and nobody is there. I just take what looks like mine and leave.
I get having a bad day but if you're in a service job, read the room. I will not be taking my partner back here on a date when she was made to feel like an inconvenience.

I asked at the counter what is vegan or could be made vegan and the lady did not know. She said the menu was "new" but it was clear they hadn't corrected errors from the previous version and it didn't match the online menu. They say some dishes are vegan that don't have a "v" on the menu. The employee didn't know if "v" meant vegan or vegetarian. And she told me what was gluten free when I asked what was vegan, a sure sign that they don't know what they are talking about since that's a different thing and not what I asked. I asked if they use fish sauce in their peanut sauce and she said "we don't use fish oil." I got the curry bowl and it was big, fresh, and tasty. Easily enough for 2 meals. The outside space is nice to sit in when the weather is good. They have a big selection of condiments for people to customize their dishes. And then they ruined the experience again. I waited in line to ask for a to-go box and she directed me to a shelf with paper plates and foil that I could use, or they'd SELL me a box for $1. This is a place that expects you to bus your own table so I almost asked if I could trade busing for a box, but I used the paper plate. Obviously plates work better for some meals than others. My friend's dish had more sauce than mine and his plate leaked in the car :-/
When busy be prepared to wait, even if seated at a table. Kitchen must be small, but the food is good! One gripe: the acai in the bowl looked like a good portion but was actually quite hollow. Impressive architecture...
