I ordered a burger fries and a drink. The burger was so greasy and tasteless, the bun fell apart and it was nasty. The fries were so salty they burnt my tongue and the cup of soda smelled like a dirty sponge.🤮

Jeff is a total waste of time. Worst GM I've ever met. Suprised he hasn't been fired yet
The waitress couldn't have cared less. She messed up our orders and didn't even check on us. She messed up our drinks and the bartender had to try to bring them to the restaurant side after 20 minutes. And I had to actively find someone to pay to clear the check.

The food here is good. The servers are nice, I don’t think there are enough staff though because it took us a while to get our food. Being surrounded by sports is pretty fun. They have some decent deals which help you get more for your money. The regular prices are too high. The bar has a nice selection and it’s a fun place to hang out for happy hour. I recommend trying a few different sauces and dishes, they do have a lot to offer. It can get pretty noisy at times.

Got seated and was told they would be right with us. multiple servers passed by us even the manager asking tables literally right next to us if they needed anything, but we were ignored like we weren’t there, While we sat and hadn’t even got our drink orders taken, we waited 20 minutes and left. Super disappointed in the service today.

Bone dry and cold boneless wings ordered last week. Still waiting on a refund of my $19 I spent on 10 boneless wings that I didn't eat. Will never return here. Grant seems to have forgotten to file the paperwork for my refund. What a terrible excuse for a restaurant.
Update 9/10: Apparently the manager Jeff also is a douchebag and doesn't think I deserve to have my money back. Thanks for hanging up on me Jeff. Hopefully my bank will approve the fraud claim against this criminal establishment.
Update 9/14: Still haven't heard from corporate about this. Still haven't gotten my money back.

Update 11/10: Never heard from your guest support team or received a refund. Jeff and Grant: you're criminals, and you should both be fired. I will keep updating this review, periodically, indefinitely - until I get my $19 back.
