Waited over 20 minutes im drive thru after placing a mobile order, confirmed it at the speaker, and upon getting to the window was told they didn't even have what I ordered. Definitely something that should have been told at the mic.

4 stars for two of the mangers that pull a lot of wait, 3 stars for the service provided by some of the staff, 2 stars was due to some of the employees have forgotten our order and didn’t put what was paid for in it. 1 for the one female employee who was upset and decided to take it out on me. She was still working there and didn’t get into trouble when she messed up the order on purpose

Google says take out is available at this location but it isn't. Only drive through working and I cannot go there walking and take my order. You have to drive with your car if you wanna get a burger since the door of the shop is locked which makes take out unavailable.Edit:I am dropping my rate because when I give online order, they never pay attention to details like ketchup and mayo. Today I wanted two spicy crispy sandwich but I got two regular burgers. I double-check on the window and the girl said it is correct. Don't waste your money if you want to eat what you want.

every time i order more than 3 GOSH DARN items, half of my order NEVER makes it into the bag. IT ISNT HARD, i am TIRED of making it home and then opening up my bag just to find half of the money i spent is WASTED, this happens so often it hurts. ITS NOT HARD TO CHECK BEFORE HANDING ME THE ORDER.

With all the advertising about staff using masks and gloves at all burger kings when I went thru the drive thru around 4 pm on Friday the girl on drive thru had neither gloves or masks and I could see two male workers and they didn't either. Until further notice since I am a senior I won't be frequenting burger burg. This was the Corvallis Burger King on 4 th
Used to work here when I was a teenager for around 10 months. It was not a great experience but I never had any issues. One day I came in to work as scheduled and the manager sat me down and just told me to not come in for a couple of weeks, they did not need me. I came in exactly two weeks later and the manager acted d*** and told me I had quit and then told me to leave.

I FORGOT MY SWEET AND SOUR!!! I watched the cool manager, who works a lot of mornings but never looks like he wants to be there, get our food and didn't think twice when grabbing the bag. Oh well, such is life.

This location does not use it's heater in the dining room. It's as cold as the outside so be prepared to eat in your car or get a to-go order - I deducted one star for that.
