This Burgerville is one of my favorites among other BVs.

We went to Burgerville specifically for national burger day for the $1.99 cheeseburgers. We knew that it would be busy (to be expected) but the level of chaos, disorganization, and rudeness was outrageous. We could see that the staff in the back was working tirelessly to get everything out as fast as possible but the front of counter staff (specifically Emily) was disrespectful and dysfunctional in facilitating orders between dine in, takeout, mobile orders, and delivery services. After waiting patiently for nearly an hour for dine in, I went to the front of the counter to ask for a refund so we could go elsewhere for dinner. Emily told me that she had an entire line of people she needed to take care of prior to me, regardless of being dine in or waiting an excessive amount of time. I made loud comment about waiting for so long and still having to wait longer to get a refund to which Emily responded with “Well other people have been waiting for over two hours”. I think that speaks to the poor planning, communications and execution on her end, which was not my problem. I completely understand how stressful working on such a busy day can be but there seems to be such a lack of preparation or set organization for what is known to be a very popular day. The food was good as normal and the young girl from the back was very kind and apologetic for the wait. Overall good experience, minus our interactions with Emily.

Great food, great customer service.

I should've ate at home. Food was greasier than a Tijuana truck stop. Service was friendly but they forgot items. Unsalted fries and child sized burger. Spend your money elsewhere. Apologies to the owner in advance.

I've been hearing about this brand for years. Finally was near one. It did not disappoint.

Make sure to check your bag for all items! Notorious for leaving things out. Really delicious food - but very expensive.

Door dash order was canceled out for some reason, I'm sure doordash is responsible as well, but having a policy of canceling orders isn't a way of keeping customers. Food came soggy and nasty when it finally arrived.

I've been a burgerville fan for 40. Haven't been to one for 8 or 9 years. I got half pound colossal cheeseburger. It was awful, same poor quality as the other fast food places. And it was almost $11.

If I have to buy ranch at least have the decency to put it in the bag at least half of the time.

The food is OK, but they really need to stop asking customers for tips and shoving that dirty card reader held together with duct tape in your face. It is a fast food establishment with counter/window service, so there is no need for a tip. The fact that corporate ownership even allows it boggles my mind. I suspect they are losing customers because of it. The McDonald’s that is literally across the street tastes just as good, is more consistent in service and quality, and doesn’t ask for tips. You’re a burger flipper, dude. If you want tips, go wait tables.

The biscuit & gravy I got...needed more biscuit & gravy! Im not asking to get something for nothing. But for the money...it could have been more than what I got.
