If you have the money and your in the mood for it I guess it's worth it otherwise it's just too expensive and not filling. Service is kinda slow and staff have a neutral disposition. I'd personally rather go to Carl's Jr if I'm hungry and craving a burger.

First let me say, I love Burgerville. I appreciate their gluten free and dairy free buns and also their dairy free shakes. It's the only fast food restaurant my family can even think about going to. However, this location can be super hit or miss when it comes to order accuracy. Most of the time the store or corporate will correct most issues you have there, but it gets frustrating when you come as much as I do and feel like you're always being a problem when there are inaccurate. Just like anywhere out here, you can have some great customer service and you can have some awful but most of them are great and go out of their way to make sure you have a good dining experience.

We hit BV just as a volleyball team arrived so it was super busy. The staff was extremely patient and efficient and our food was served in a timely manner, hot and delicious.

Food is yummy but we consistently have problems with our order. Today we are missing our kid’s apple juice and our dipping sauce. Last time we were missing all of the French fries. And never order through the app - it takes way longer to preorder than it would to go through drive through. The last time I pre-ordered it took 20 minutes waiting in the store after it was supposed to be ready. Meanwhile I watched all the drive through cars come and go. Super frustrating.

I ate a Northwest Cheeseburger and Rosemary Shoestring fries at the Corvallis Burgerville on 2025/11/28. The food was excellent as always, and Craig and Rose provided us with great, friendly service.

Upon returning to Oregon I was excited to get some Burgerville for my family and I. The employees were short spoken, and seemed impatient. Almost as if they were annoyed they were being made to do their jobs. When I got to the window to pay I could see our food already bagged up. The employee handling the transaction turned the card reader to me, and there's an option to tip. Which I declined because service was sub par. The employee looked and saw that I didn't tip, and just walked away, leaving our food and drinks on the counter for five minutes.

Last 4 times they have gotten the orders very wrong. Not like missed an ingredient or 2, but wrong wrong (not at all what i ordered, and turning burgers into wraps?!). The last issue was being over charged for lettuce that already comes on the burger (i did not order extra). I even let the person know over the intercom- all that person said was sorry. But still charged the over priced amount that was incorrect. The manager was helpful in trying to correct the issue - but consecutive problems has left a poor taste in my mouth. Not sure what is going on with this place as it used to be a favorite of mine with exceptional service. I've since avoided going there.
Better than most fast food restaurants. Its still overpriced though.

from Phoenix visiting …I ordered a vampire slay something and regular cheese burger sweet potatoe fries , they were disgusting nothing like the picture The burgers we order were greasy and very expensive 30 dls for two burgers a diabetes lemonade and not only that ; we had to turn around and comeback for the cheeseburger they forgot to put in the bag did not even apologize

Just wanting to draw attention to the disgusting act of permitting the dog-shooter Kristi Noem hold a press conference in Burgerville in Portland. Yes, I know you are not party to it at your location, but Burgerville is, and we would like you to let corporate know that we the people are not happy with the gross misinformation that Noem is spreading about the violence in Portland! Just stop it and denounce her and the regime she is a part of or you will be boycotted heavily. Thank you! Cheers!
